"Awful!!! Decided to give Aqua a second chance and it was worse than the 1st time Waiter had less customer service skills than I have experienced in McDonald’s we were asked very patronisingly if we needed him to explain how the menu worked it was a normal menu with starters, mains and deserts I don’t quite know what there was to explain. Our guests were 10 minutes late and 4 minutes into our reservation we were told we only had the table for 2 hours. But couldn’t order starters to start because ‘that’s what kids do who want to come here for Instagram photos’. We weren’t looking to not have a main. Found a hair in my food for the second time The management really need to listen to their reviews as this place isn’t getting better and the view will soon become irrelevant"

We had a reservation and they refused to give us a table. We sat at the bar waiting to be seated but they ignored us. We asked to sit in an empty table but we've been told that its reserved. Even though we had a reservation made 10 days ago and they had received it.
