"Service and staff staff and service were very friendly and tried. In some cases, the young staff were noticed, but the lack of professionalism (sometimes somewhat unnatural) was not enough staff on Monday morning. A force had to make kitchen and operation at the same time. It took everything a little longer. I'm sorry. "we went to this restaurant by sheer chance whilst on a short break in Gummersbach. Right from the word go when entering the restaurant we we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff. We only ordered pizzas and house wine ( which tasted better then some bottled wines I have ordered in the past) but weren't treated any less than if we had ordered a 3 course steak dinner. The pizzas were excellent and we were even given a free grappa at the end of the meal. Would I eat here again? Absolutely! Just try and stop me! Well done guys!"

"Leider kann ich die Begeisterung von vielen hie nicht teilen. Vielleicht liegt es daran, dass wir keine 10jährigen "Dauerkunden" sind. Das Essen, was man bestellen kann, ist sicherlich gut, sowohl Pizza als auch Pasta. Leider konnte oder wollte man uns einen Sonderwunsch nicht erfüllen. Eine Pizza Ruccola bspw. gehört mittlerweile zum Standard jeder Pizzeria. Hier wird man leider mehr oder weniger angeblafft, wenn man einen Wunsch äußert bzw. bei den Nudeln nicht genau weiß, was sich hinter dem Gericht auf der Karte verbirgt...Gerne würden wir das Lokal auch öfter besuchen, aber wir fühlen uns dort nicht wirklich als "Gast". Eigentlich sehr schade."

"Ich kenne den Landgasthof Reinhold noch aus Zeiten, in denen der Vater des jetzigen Besitzers ihn führte. Vor einer Woche war ich nach langer Zeit wieder in Lieberhausen, und da war auch ein Besuch bei "Rolf" fällig.Mich hat die herzliche Atmosphäre und der aufmerksame Service sehr gefreut. Wir haben ausgezeichnet gegessen (Salat, Sülze, Eierkuchen) und wurden sehr aufmerksam bedient. Kleine Sonderwünsche (Kirschen statt Preiselbeeren zum Eierkuchen) waren gar kein Problem. Der Hauskater ließ sich vertrauensvoll schnurrend bei uns am Stammtisch nieder, und es war gar kein Problem, in aller Ruhe ein wenig zu arbeiten und mit Papieren zu hantieren.Dies ist ein Ort, der es einem leicht macht, sich wohl zu fühlen."

"Ich habe nun mittlerweile weltweit sehr, sehr viele Indische Restaurants geniessen dürfen, von Pakistan über USA, England, Kenya und Deutschland. Auch bin ich bereits von mehreren Indern privat eingeladen und bekocht worden. Aus dieser Erfahrung heraus kann ich die positiven Bewertungen hier überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen!Das Essen ist keineswegs frisch, noch gut gewürzt! Es fehlen die frischen Zutaten, Gemüse und Fleisch sind zu einem Brei verkocht (das galt für alle vier unterschiedlichen Gerichte an unserem Tisch). Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass hier mit Fertigsoßen und -produkten gearbeitet wird.Mein Lamm-Chili war penetrant süß (wie mit Süßstoff versetzt) und keineswegs auch nur annähernd scharf, obwohl extra scharf bestellt. Auf Nachfrage sagte man mir, man könne mit nur etwas Chilipulver zum nachschärfen reichen.Auch meine Begleiter, von denen einer viele Jahre in Indien gelebt hat, waren dergleichen Meinung bezüglich der unterdurchschnittlichen Qualität.Wir haben nach der Vorspeise fast 45 Minuten auf das Hauptgericht warten müssen.Dazu kam ein kleiner Teller Reis für 4 Personen, so dass wir sofort Reis nachbestellten, der aber erst nach 15 Minuten und nur auf erneute Nachfrage kam.Einzig positiv war die sympatische Freundlichkeit des (ansonsten eher unbeholfenen) Personals.Sicherlich nie wieder, schade!"

"Very idyllic on a side street. Great ambience, very nice accommodating service. You should go there with a lot of hunger as the portions are relatively large and yet very appetizing. Everything very fresh and right on the point. What I felt to be very pleasant was that the main basics were vegetarian and one could combine the animal supplement. So vegetarians need to choose not only from the appetizers or the salads offered. Up! We were for the first time, but certainly not for the last time in TUK TUK. Clear recommendation."

"I have been here by usa and my friend for three months and I often go to this cozy caffeine. eating was always excellent, the service always very friendly and courteous. today we were there to warm up, it was bitterly cold outside and I came from the sunny arizona. we had only one suppe that was excellent (cremige tomaten and creamy kartoffel suppe) a hot spiced latte and saw the hot chocolate with. we were in the seventh heaven and can recommend this place with cheerful hearts"

"we visited the midday week. the restaurant was almost empty. eating for 4 guests was disgusting. looks good, but didn't taste good. for this type of price, they can expect fresh, delicious food all the time. the pizza had no taste, but a taste, like rotten...fishing. the carving was made in frittier, big, but it didn't taste good. the sauce was full of pfeffer grains and needed raffination. the served suppe was cold and not much taste. we are customers with this restaurant and previous place for long years. in my opinion, the quality moved into the wrong direction."

"Das erste Mal in Gummersbach Essen gewesen, und sicherlich das erste und letzte Mal im Brauhaus! Was hatte ich mich auf das Champignonrahmschnitzel mit Pommes gefreut. Schnitzel lauwarm, ölte ziemlich, Die Champignonrahmsauce sah schon eigenartig aus. So sieht keine Rahmsauce aus. War eine geschmacksneutrale schlecht gerührte Mehlschwitze, in der 2,5 ebenfalls geschmacksneutrale Champignons waren.Der dazubestellte Salat sollte mit Essig und Öl sein, war eine Billigsauce aus der Flasche. Ätzend! Hervorzuheben war, dass die Pommes geschmeckt haben.Fazit: absolute Enttäuschung!"

"Have just ordered double Nudel Trio Tortellini. Food came after over an hour, the supplier did not have a proper change (only very big notes) and the highlight was the food. In our Nudel Trio, all the leaves were in there, the Cannelloni were just finished mouthbags that taste the minced meat like expired stuff.. In short, sad but diarrhea was preprogrammed"

"Just looking at the menu outside the restaurant and I felt it was not a good sign of a great moment coming. However, I get in after having read the reviews on tripadvisor. Decoration is poor, old fashioned and lighting depressing. However the waiter is...cheerfull but surely not italian. Right, it is not a typical italian trattoria but it is also not compulsory to have a good dinner... I ordered an tomato soup with fresh basil and tagliatelle with poricini as a main dish. The soup was ok...mixed tomato without any other thing to enhance the taste. I think it is the tomato base to prepare the pizzas with water added to make it look like a soup but it was however tomato tasty. Then the tagliatelle ai porcini...what could I say about it...pastas well cooked al dente , few porcinis, some ham...and a MASSIVE quantity of cream ! this is really too much to enjoy the dish ! why do they add cream or at least so much ? I could not finish, too heavy. Pizzas look small, not wooden fire cooked and moulded to fit in the hoven... I took a glass of chianti... : ... with a small fly in it...but not their fault I guess 20 € in total with pizza bread 2€ I strongly disagree with the other tripadvisors ratings...The italian food served in this restaurant is as depressive as the city...just go somewhere else..."

"Da man bei Niko und Christa sehr lecker essen kann und außerdem auch noch in Ruhe und mit ganz tollen Leuten feiern kann, ist das Bit Boulevard auch eine Stammkneipe von vielen Sportlern aus der Region. Nach VfL Gummersbach Handballspielen und bei Fußball Europa und Weltmeisterschaften, oder beim zufälligen Treffen von gut gelaunten Gästen kann man bei Niko auch bis in die frühen Morgenstunden tanzen und feiern!!!"

"Nice ambience, rather pub than restaurant (rustic/bourgeois, not chicimicki). Was there with a big group. Food took quite a long time, which was not bad and probably because it was well filled next to our group. We had various delicious Greek appetizers. "In Städten der Größe Gummersbachs findet man in der Regel keine indischen Restaurants, umso neugieriger war ich, ihn auszuprobieren. Und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht: Das Essen ist lecker, ausgewogen gewürzt, angenehme Schärfe, so wie indisches Essen sein soll.Nur das Drumherum stimmt noch nicht so ganz: Das Restaurant war vorher ein griechisches Restaurant und trotz Bildern aus Indien an den Wänden versprüht die Inneneinrichtung immernoch den Charme eines griechischen Restaurants aus den 70er Jahren. Nun ja, entscheidend ist ja das Essen und das war gut. Hoffen wir, dass sich die Qualität des Essens bald rumspricht,der Laden oft voll wird und die Inhaber dann bald genug Geld haben, für eine angemessene Inneneinrichtung zu sorgen. Die Qualität des Essens stimmt schon mal."
