"We come to Cuxhaven very often and have always been to the Behrens beach restaurant (name before the change of operator) several times and have always been very satisfied with the service and the quality, quantity and the price-performance ratio. After changing operator we would stop by again for a drink or coffee and cake, but definitely not for food. Such exorbitant prices for fish that wasn't cooked (it wasn't translucent, it was raw and hard) and tasted unseasoned. The rice cooked mushy. However, the service staff responded very nicely to our complaints, we were offered a coffee as compensation and also offered to bring something new to eat. When it comes to the ambience, you have to say that it has become very nice, you feel comfortable, and the outside area has also been changed positively so that you can sit outside even when the weather is bad."

Our food was very tasty and freshly prepared. Only the salad as a side dish could be a bit larger.

Nicely located on the beach. However, it was very full and we left after 20 minutes without paying attention because the service was completely overwhelmed.

Am Anfang war das Essen gut, dann wurden die Portionen fast halbiert. Bei 2 Bedienungen müsste man bei der Rechnung aufpassen, sie schrieben Getränke auf, die man nicht getrunken hatte.

Endlich mal ein Laden wo alles stimmt! Service, Essen und Lage alles mehr als zufriedenstellend! Auch die Preise waren wirklich günstig im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Restaurants bei uns in der Nähe (Hamburg).

Service is terrible. You take a seat and are not served. If you see a waitress you have to call her if she clears the table next door and doesn't think of serving herself. And then super rude. You ask for the bill and wait and wait and nothing comes...

Wir kamen ohne Reservierung, fanden aber einen schönen Platz. Schnell wurde uns eine Karte gereicht und die Getränke aufgenommen. Sehr gutes Starnberger Weißbier würde schnell frisch gezapft. Das Essen wahr sehr lecker. Beeindruckt waren wir vom Personal. Hier arbeiten eingespielte Profis. Schnell und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder
