I had a lovely week's holiday. The hotel and staff were fantastic. I've already booked our next visit for February 2024.

The amenities offered here are excellent, featuring everything from snooker to table tennis, along with the best swimming pool we've seen anywhere. One minor issue: there is no USB charging point in the room. Overall, I would rate the rooms as 4 out of 5, the service as 5 out of 5, and the location as 5 out of 5. View menu

We went to the spa. Amazing experience. The only spa hotel in the Falmouth area that can cater for someone in a wheelchair. All the others said no merchants manor and st Michael's) or didn't bother replying to me Falmouth Hotel). They were so lovely and did a bespoke massage and were ever able to accommodate the person using an oxygen mask. Just utterly super and amazing. Service: 5

Wow! I loved, loved, loved this place! The staff were wonderful, the room superb, and the facilities and scenery fantastic. We live near Truro so this was a last-minute treat and it was perfect. We took advantage of the 4-course meal offer. It was well seasoned, well cooked and so worth taking advantage of. I will certainly be booking for another little break when I have the time and need to recoup. Brilliant thank you. Rooms: 5

We stayed for one week at this hotel. It is a really nice hotel with lots of amenities and excellent varied food. The main positive is how lovely all the staff are they are friendly yet professional and efficient. The cost to stay is very fair, particularly if the evening meal is included. Walkability: The hotel gardens are extensive with beautiful walks to the river. Food drinks: A varied breakfast menu. Evening meals are excellent with local produce and friendly table service.
