"Once we sat down, we were informed that we had to place our orders immediately because they were closing. Each of us ordered our own curries and separate naan breads. When the dishes arrived, five of them appeared identical in both color and flavor. Two were vegetarian, and all of them were bland with no real taste. They didn’t serve alcohol, so we opted for soft drinks, which were simply cans of Coke or glasses of water.
The woman who took our orders seemed to be either the owner or the owner's wife, and she was quite rude. She didn’t appear happy to see us or serve us. It’s baffling how anyone could give this place a high rating. The food was tasteless and bland, the chicken was plain, and the curry sauce left stains on our fingers due to excessive food coloring. The naan was overly chewy.
This establishment feels outdated and definitely needs a refresh. To top it all off, we were not allowed to keep our receipt. The food simply wasn’t worth the price we paid; it felt like a rip-off. Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere! In fact, you’d be better off heading to the Tesco down the road, where you could easily put together a more flavorful meal at a fraction of the cost."
