"I hadn't returned to Cazaudehore for years and I was looking forward to seeing what this mythical address had become in the area. the place is always as charming, real oasis of calm and greenery 30 minutes from betting. and yet we were terribly disappointed. not by the frame, of course, or by the kitchen that without being transcendent is correct (say that it is good way, which nowadays may not be so bad). No, our disappointment comes from the incredible indigence of service. It is still a chic and expensive restaurant, a member of the country relays and we did not expect such a lamentable service. It all starts on arrival. No one to welcome us. A boy finally arrives without taking the trouble of greeting us. He's looking for our reservation and taking us to our table without a word. A young blonde waitress greets us and makes us a big smile. It'll be the only one in the evening. We will deal with her once or twice and she will be the only one to show a true commercial meaning and friendliness. We still have seven or eight servers or waitresses for about thirty customers, which should be enough, but very quickly it is obvious that only the hotel master is a real professional. it is not particularly warm but it is correct and effective. Unfortunately he leaves us very quickly to his subordinates and we see that he has trouble with his team. He should be everywhere at a time. it is obviously exceeded by the incompetence of its staff. one of the guests who do not drink champagne ordered a lemonade that arrives in a glass, without the bottle being discarded in front of us, not very classy, and the lemonade is not cool, nice one day when it is hot! soon the entries are brought by three servers and deposited on a guerrilla where they remain ten good minutes. when we decide to serve them warm inputs are no longer, and there is still the cold inputs! the wine that the hotel master has made us taste is deposited on another healer and not once a server will have the idea of serving it. We'll have to get up to get the bottle and do the service ourselves. Three times we will claim bread that will be brought with so much bad will that not all the world will be rewarded with his bread. I'll have to ask again for everyone to have his bread! Even coffee will get cold. I've never seen such an unworthy service in such a beautiful house before. If there's a boss there'd be time for him to take his staff back."

"While I am a great believer in freedom of speech, I really don't believe that people should provide either a review or even share their opinion unless they have a relatively decent sample size to base their opinions on. I.e. Unless you have eaten in at least five semi decent Mexican restaurants you really shouldn't say that this is great Mexican. Why do I say this - quite simply because it wasn't !The place is simple but clean (always a positive) and the service was certainly friendly enough but the food was nothing to get too excited about and was nowhere near being an excellent Mexican restaurant (unless you have never eaten Mexican before or your idea of Mexican is some fast food chain that claims to be Mexican.I am not trying to be critical just to be critical but pure and simply honest based on eating Mexican in many cities and towns around the world and this just wasn't very good. In fact the biggest negative was the meat that was used was such a low quality that I couldn't even finish my meal - well more of the fact that I didn't want to finish it. That said, even the guacamole wasn't that great which I would hope to be a basic fundamental in a Mexican restaurant.Quality will always win over quantity and while the prices were not high, I would have paid more just to get decent meat that wasn't chewy.Would I return ? Unfortunately not."
