"We arrived quite late considering the time of year, but nothing was too much trouble. The food, the cassoulet and foie gras in particular were excellent and home made which is often a rarity these days. The wine was excellent, especially the glass of white Bergerac moelleux as recommended by the young waiter to accompany the foie gras as opposed to the Montbazillac which is only sold by the half bottle. The service was excellent as was the location on the terrace by the river. Highly recommended and will certainly be going back the next time we're in Brantome"

very pleasantly surprised by the quality, freshness and goodness of the staff. I enjoyed a gourmet salad (gear, magret and foie gras need nothing else. So for a greed like me. Ice cream, delicious! short you can stop there without worrying you will not be disappointed. enjoy all those who leave!

You can choose from a very literal priced day-to-day menu around the $100 and every corridor has options. or just off the map. It's typical French dishes and we love that. Like cassoulet, goat cheese salad (chevre chaud), omelette aux ceps, magret the canard and dessert flan or moelleux au chocolate chocolate chocolate chip. So we had a lovely dinner here on our vacation. Also the red mountain race wine is fine. terrace along the river the dronne.
