"Our lunch at The Foresters Arms was truly a 5 star experience. We were greeted warmly as we entered the comfortable and well decorated interior and quickly offered drinks and had our order taken. I was able to sample an ale before ordering which was a nice touch. There was music playing at a reasonable volume which added to the ambience, and our food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. We’ve tried a few pubs and restaurants in the area, and we would confidently say that The Foresters Arms is the number one recommendation to anyone looking to eat or drink around here."

Wonderful village pub with everything you want for an afternoon drinking. The outside area is fantastic and inside it's cosy and warm in the winter as well.

I wanted the salmon but I don't like asparagus that was the veg with it. Although they were doing roast dinners with different veg chef was unable to do me a different veg. ?? Can't be that difficult. !!

Great food, staff very friendly, lovely pub in a quiet village, parking on the road outside but very quiet so shouldn't be a problem. Make sure you book though as it's very popular. Lots of different menu options, something for everyone.

Excellent roast pork Sunday lunch today! Since the new chef 's have joined, new lick of paint, new flooring, seating.....you get my drift. .. .its come a LONG way! Food is always on par with other 'destination pubs ' but better value per portion size. In all, worth a stop off either for a drink or food. Cheers, Dave Adam Team x

Such a welcoming place the cosy interior, beautifully looked after garden and friendly, attentive staff made our stay there enjoyable. The food was also great a tasty duck salad with some garnish and chicken wings, although the sauce was a bit too rich for our taste, with abundance of fresh chillies. Their freshly prepared sandwich baguettes were awesome though.

Very popular, would recommend booking a table if you're looking for food. Always a good sign to see it being popular with the locals too. Slightly more expensive than similar venues but very high quality food and friendly staff. Was lucky enough to get the table next to the crackling open fire for that extra atmosphere! Overall a delightful place I'll be keeping in mind whenever I'm in the area.
