"surprisingly smart and spacious in our first sight of gars was from the back of the property and we lowered our expectations. with open table to make our reservation, we have noticed that this was a birthday party, but there were no birthday greetings or something special done. even if the restaurant was close to or near, capacity of the moment we entered through the door, we were provided with first-class service by the efficient and friendly staff. a great experience. would highly recommend."

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the service is excellent. It would be even better if they had a wider selection of beers, as currently they only offer Tsingtao.

I always loved, but I was disappointed by this visit. we had to keep track of the service. the sauces did not come to the starters. the eifrittreis was strangely yellow and cold and the main dishes were dry and disappointing. not sure I go back in a hurry. a shame. View menu

I have been traveling to Brighton for years specifically to celebrate my birthday at Gars. The food and service are always fantastic and reliable. While the wine prices have gone up, that seems to be the case everywhere. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
