Restaurant taken by a young chef who deserves to be known and recognized. A great evening between work colleagues. An impeccable service, hearty dishes with amuses mouths between each, a real treat. Quality of top products, originality of flavors and for gastro the portions are very generous. We came out shaved and light. I strongly recommend this restaurant located in a very relaxing setting. We discovered this restaurant for a birthday and we were not disappointed. A young chef holds the kitchens, but he really has a big one. I've never eaten foie gras as good as La Forge! And the frame is really nice to the beautiful days, just in front of the Daniel Fountain pond! Everything is perfect in this restaurant! The adage says that it is by forging that we become a blacksmith! It is by forging that we become an excellent leader!
