Food quality was poor, staff were rude and slow. Won't ever consider this place again or another lifetime... avoid!!!

Went to this restaurant for steaks! I had a filler and my other half had the ribeye. Both were flame grillef exactly as requested, well seasoned. Had a fab meal and the service was great

The food here is cooked on an open log burning fire. The food is very good quality and the service is fast and friendly. We had the monk fish and the mixed meat kebab. No problems at all with the quality of the food but as per other reviews it would be nice to have something on the side as well as fries... a bit of rice with the monk fish of some salad with the kebab?

Nice restaurant in Cambrils. Small menu with varied meat dishes including rabbit, lamb, goat, beef, pig, and seafood. Side dishes can be added for a fee. The courtyard is secluded by a fence covered by vines. The ambience is ok (apart from the inevitable smoking). Meals were tasty. Small selection of beer and wines. Service is efficient and friendly. Prices mid-range for the area.

Absolute gem of a place, the staff were so friendly and the food was delicious. Ordered bread with garlic and tomatoes to start, when they came out the waiter showed us how to rub the garlic and tomato into the bread ‘Catalan’ style. Had steak for main course which was incredible, flavour wise and the size. Kids had burger and chips which were also great. Highly recommend this lovely restaurant. Very glad we found it.

Because it was raining we ran into this restaurant but we weee very disappointed. The burger and chips was just that? A frozen burger reheated. No bun, no garnish, no onions. Nothing. Some chips on the plate and €13.50 for that!! It looked miserable. Really disappointing considering the lovely meals we had else where in Cambrils. The wine was nice and the service was fine but not as good as other places. Would never go back.

appearance of a place with good food. You can enjoy better meals in worse places.I don't recommend this restaurant for food, if for the place and the place so beautiful they have. Food is a lover and I can't.They don't have excessive prices, but maybe quality could be better. We have been a number of times over the years and it maintains its unique character, with tables in a very pleasant outside courtyard. All cooking is done on a wood fire by the chef (and owner? of many years. Main course cooked very well, as good as ever. We had a mixed meat skewer, and a filleted salmon steak. Sides are charged extra. Our starter tonight was disappointing. Garlic bread consisted of dry toast, a garlic clove and a tomato. Catalan style it might be, but not what I was expecting (nor most other people I would guess . Glass of red wine was too cold for my taste, but that is a personal thing and it was willingly changed. Excellent food, setting and service. What a find. Enter through the door off the old street, go through the restaurant, past the open flame grill and out into the garden courtyard. The service is great and everyone is so friendly. The food is all cooked on a large open flame grill and is all cooked to order. The burgers are homemade, delicious and the meat is so tender. They come with chips and you can add a sauce and vegetables. We enjoyed our meal so much we went back for a second visit. This time my husband had the fillet steak which was cooked to perfection and I had the ribs which were so tender and tasty.
