"Wir waren schon mehrfach in den Schlossstuben essen. Das Essen von der Karte hat uns immer überzeugt und Preis - Leistung war in Ordnung. Deswegen hatten wir dieses Restaurant unserer Familie zum Weihnachtsfest empfohlen. Wir wurden bei der Reservierung nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass es nur komplette 3-Gänge-Menues gibt. Um so mehr wurden wir unhöflich erst bei der Bestellung darauf hingewiesen. Die Suppe war kalt, die Putenbrust trocken und der vegetarische Teller sah aus und schmeckte wie Tiefkühlgemüse, dass lieblos auf den Teller geschüttet wurde. Deswegen ging dieses Essen auch zurück!!!Die gesamte Laune der Weihnachtsgesellschaft war im Keller. Dazu kamen noch die extrem hohen Preise und die unfreundliche Bedienung!!!!... was für eine Enttäuschung ..."

"The place is not bad in itself. But as already described by many other customers, 2 ladies from staff are inconceivable and do not belong there. The speech is about the 2 older ladies with short hair and glasses. The rest is super sweet. I had not experienced any visit here that the two are reasonably good at it, instead the one is still patty and discussed after I kindly pointed out it. Don't understand why no one cares about it after months."

"Bin vor drei Jahren von Howi nach Hattingen gezogen und muss sagen, dass ich jedesmal wenn ich mal wieder in Howi bin, zum Döner Essen zu Umut gehe! Der Döner ist fantastisch und die Jungs vor Ort immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Habe hier im Umkreis Bochum/Hattingen noch nichts Vergleichbares gefunden!"
