"The women barkeep was very rude, servers were as friendly as north German wait staff gets. Food as excellent as always, however I was very much turned off and disappointed by the reception we received by the lady behind the bar. Sadly, it seems as Monschau has become more and more popular with tourists the people who work there have become more rude. This from someone who’s visited Monschau for over years now. Prior visits to the restaurant have however always been pleasant, perhaps this was an exception."

we have been very friendly and attentively served. The "Great from the kitchen was very tasty and appealing. from the menu we chose the rumpsteak at a delicious sauce on a senf basis with pfifferlingen. we will be happy to repeat the visit.

However, I would have liked to see higher-quality furniture, as the tables were slightly uneven and wobbly when pushed together. Overall, the food was delicious and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

it is a very nice and cozy restaurant. very friendly and nice service. the food was a tight one. I say upscale kitchen with that certain something. in the dressed is processed in a refined variant, from sweet to hearty, the variety of monsieur varieties. the portions were completely sufficient, even my man, a very good edible was fed. for that there is extra praise, as it is not self-evident.
