We enjoyed a very nice tasting menu for the Christmas lunch. This pretty little venue is located away from the town center and has a garden if you fancy eating al fresco. The people running this place know their stuff when it comes to offering healthy, locally sourced food. If you are a vegan or vegetarian visiting this part of the island make sure you pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed. Service: Dine in View menu

Warm and welcoming place. Very kind and prepared staff. I tried their proposal for Valentine's Day, in a vegan version and it was all delicious. Tasty, balanced, non-trivial dishes with attention to the aesthetic side too, after all the eye also wants its part. I hope to be their guest again to taste the à la carte menu and enjoy the beautiful outdoor garden. Among the restaurants I have tried in recent years as a vegan, this one competes for the podium with two other places. Congratulations to the staff, keep it up!

A place that deserves to be known! We dined at Single as a couple and were amazed by their cuisine! Friendly, professional and attentive waiter to customer needs, he was able to recommend some amazing dishes, also pairing an excellent wine with dinner. The venue has an intimate, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Behind the dishes you can perceive the uniqueness, commitment and originality of the idea! Prices are appropriate to the type of cuisine. We will definitely be back, it's not easy to find places of this level in the area.

One of the best places I've eaten at, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Very well kept and welcoming place, friendly and helpful service and amazing food. You can see the care and research in every detail. The flavor combinations are incredible! I will definitely go back because unfortunately I wasn't able to taste everything they offer.
