"I can't! I would love to give 0 out of 5 stars! I'll tell you my little faces to Sushi Dreams, who made me sooo angry that I hope someone will never be there again! I ordered 2 sushi rolls and small spring rolls at Sushi Dreams in Bramfeld. The order was there after about 45min. I had almost sympathy with the already a little older driver when he came up to me, until the following happened: When chewing the first sushi piece, I felt a bit sandy in my mouth. I then put the second piece in my mouth inattentively. But I hardly got this down! I had the feeling of having sand and small stones in my mouth and chewing on it. When I then examined the sushi pieces, I fell down the chinlade. The sushi was completely dirty. It seems to have dropped the driver off somewhere. The soil had to have been VERY dirty, like a beet, because on making sushi pieces the dirt stuck as tight as the sesame on rice. Even a few small stones I could discover and then even a little green glass shard!!!!! I don't trust my eyes and even got really worried! What if I've already slept down such a glass shard??? I'll try to upload a photo here! I didn't dare eat any more of the sushi and complained by phone. The lady at the other end understood my problem, agreed that the GAR is NOT going and asked me to pick up the sushi from the driver and bring the same sushi again. But I didn't get an excuse. I waited another 30min for another driver this time who could not give me any information and wanted to disappear very quickly. I ate the new sushi (which is also really nothing special. The reels are badly rolled and don't taste better than somewhere else and waited until I could assume that the driver was already back to present my returned sushi to the other employees. I had already been so worried about how to see if you swallowed a shard and how serious it was. Then I called again to ask what they think of the sushi and to put my money back (it was only €14. I had hoped for a great apology, but instead, I was stupid, what I would think would pay the sushi now and that I had already eaten the new sushi. Excuse me, but replacing the sushi is not enough for LANGE to compensate! They can be happy that I (apparently not swallowed any shards, otherwise I could ask for pain and sue the whole store! Perhaps the health office should also look past it!!! At any rate, I can't understand how to make up for 14€ sooo and even encourage its customers. I've given everything, and I've been comforted twice for a callback by the boss who never came. As childish as the lady on the phone has argued, I now also note the details in school notes: delivery time 3 selection 2 quality 3 cleanliness 6!!! Customer service 6!!!"
