"I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. Our group, consisting of 15 people, enjoyed a delicious meal. I have dietary restrictions, so I called in advance and the chef prepared a meal tailored to my needs. The presentation of the food was excellent and everyone in our group agreed that the dishes were very tasty. The staff were attentive and the atmosphere was pleasant. The restaurant also offers disabled access and has a disabled toilet. Parking is available in their car park. I would highly recommend this restaurant to my family and friends. Overall, I would rate the food a 5 out of 5."

The restaurant consistently delivers excellent quality. The average price per person ranges from £90 to £100. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect 5 out of 5 rating. Highly recommend trying the Pie and Mashed Potatoes with Gravy.

The dining experience was poor; we waited over an hour for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, it was hardly warm. The restaurant is in desperate need of new management and better cooking. I am only giving it 2 stars because of the hard-working employees. View menu

A very nice Village pub, with friendly staff and a great pint. Didn't eat on this occasion, but Christmas dinners were being served on the table close to us, and they looked and smelt amazing, will certainly return to eat in the future. Such a pretty venue. The manager was slightly distracted on this occasion, but friendly nevertheless. Christmas decorations added to the already pretty table settings and dressers with china tea sets, etc. Gluten free Fish and chips highly recommended. My husband even tried it and agreed, although he really enjoyed his 'normal ' version. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free Fish and Chips delicious. Price per person: £20–30

Booked here for Boxing Day dinner with some of my family. Hadn't been before and we were blown away with the quality of the food, the excellent service and the lovely atmosphere. My daughter in law and grandson were added to the booking 2 days prior to our visit. She is lactose intolerant. They were so very helpful, nothing too much trouble and we were very grateful for the effort they went to to ensure she was catered for and she truly enjoyed her meal as we all did. Will 100% be back. We feel we have found a special place to dine out at. Thankyou to everyone for making our Boxing Day a memorable one

"I used to visit this place regularly when it was number 1 in Sandy but haven't been for a while. My wife is not very keen on spicy food so frequently I visit restaurants solo and what is it that restaurants seem to have about people eating alone even at quiet times? A few months ago I entered on a Sunday lunchtime after 1pm and was told it was not yet open despite it being advertised as such. Today I went for the Sunday buffet. I was not offered any poppadums despite knowing that they are extras. The food was OK but not spicy enough for my liking. The only waiter disappeared for virtually the whole of the time so was not available to ask for more drinks. He was more interested in waiting for the arrival of a party group. I was also alarmed by the number of spiders webs visible near the roof of the conservatory and spent most of my time watching a large spider in the centre of one of them! These could easily fall into diners food. When the party arrived a member of the kitchen staff helped seat them dressed in tracksuit bottoms and trainers. They asked for a certain bottle of wine and he never even knew what it was or realised it was on their list. At the end of my meal I asked for a coffee (or tea) and basically the waiter commented that he was too busy/couldn't be bothered to make any. Not a pleasant experience. Will not be returning in a hurry which is a shame as previously enjoyed meals there."
