This is a lovely, relaxing countryside pub. I haven't eaten here yet, but I plan to. It's definitely worth a visit!

We held our sons' baptism at this venue, and it was truly stunning. All of our guests remarked on how beautiful the buffet was. The staff went above and beyond to assist us and ensure that the day was a success. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Can’t stress enough, how good the service is. Food is both fresh and good quality! Definitely recommend the mixed grill platter! Mum and Dad took my wife and myself out for Sunday lunch with Baxter our dog tagging along.The atmosphere was warm and friendly, the staff really pleasant, the landlord got a great fire going perfect .. oh I forgot to mention a great pint of Thatchers and the food was spot on, ample portions,meat cooked to perfection. All I can say is well done to all who have made this a great place to eat drink and relax.

As for dietary restrictions, my sister-in-law is lactose intolerant, and they accommodated her needs perfectly. Price per person was between £20 and £30. All aspects of our experience were excellent, with food, service, and atmosphere each getting a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Thatchers Blood Orange Cider and the Fish and Chips.
