I went out for dinner and drinks with my daughter, and we really enjoyed our experience. The fish and chips were outstanding, and the chicken burger was great too, although it was a bit oversized. As always, Ezio and the staff were warm and friendly.

The frying is beautiful, complemented by an excellent selection of fresh vegetables. There's no loud background music, allowing for pleasant conversation during the meal. The service is friendly, too. It seems the pub has recently changed ownership, so older reviews may no longer be relevant.

we booked today for lunch, what a wonderful menu and delicious food. it was a solemn lunch and we were thrilled by the standard of food and service. we were regular and know that they have to book ahead as it is always busy. the fact that it is difficult to get a table on the specifications shows what a popular and well-known restaurant it is. Many thanks, we will come back!

we booked a big party 16 for dinner in the evening before a family wedding. we reserved the private room, but due to the hot weather we could switch to the outside for appetizers and net and then go inward for dessert. nothing was too much annoyed for the friendly and accommodating staff. all 16 of us had great meals and the visitors of the opposite were enviable that we should have such a nice pub on our doorstep.
