"The food was outstanding, and the service was prompt and attentive without being intrusive, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our meal. When we arrived, the atmosphere was quite calm, but it gradually became livelier as the evening progressed, maintaining a pleasant ambiance that was never overwhelmingly loud—perfect for my fiancée, who has sensory sensitivities. Additionally, the tables were well spaced, making it accessible for wheelchair users, and the lighting created a warm and inviting environment. There was music playing, but it was at a reasonable volume and featured a selection of artists that suited our tastes perfectly. I enjoyed the Cajun-spiced butterfly chicken with chips, and for dessert, a fruit crumble with custard. My fiancée opted for a Cajun chicken burger and chips, followed by a sundae for dessert. We both found the food to be incredible and couldn't get enough. The total came to just over £42, which is a bit more than we usually spend on a meal for two, but in this instance, the price was absolutely justified. I had heard great things about the Three Legged Stool, and it certainly lived up to our expectations."

Nice pub, good food but pudding a little over 'nuked ' in the microwave. Very attentive service. Will definitely revisit but will choose a chilled pud instead!

Lovely big car park at the back of the pub. Friendly staff. Not a big amount of seating in the bar area. A big restaurant with plenty of seating. Good menu for plenty of choice. Food we had was delicious. View menu

I had lunch here and really enjoyed it. We hadn’t had any great meals in a while, so it was refreshing to find delicious food served by friendly staff. I highly recommend the nachos! We will definitely be back—thank you!

We, a party of 10, 8 adults and 2 children were looked after extremely well on Easter Monday. Our table had been booked for 1pm but due to hold ups on A1 the time was changed twice. Thank you for being so patient with us all. The meal was delicious superb service. Shall definitely call again.

This pub chain offers a quality experience that surpasses the average, although the prices are similarly high. They have an excellent selection of beers, and the service is generally quite good. However, be prepared for longer wait times during busy periods, like Sunday lunch. It's definitely worth a visit, especially if you can go during the week when things are less hectic! View menu

I absolutely loved this place! The warm and cozy atmosphere, along with a great selection of beer and wine, really sets it apart. The main reason I will come back is because of the staff. From the bartenders to the chefs, they are all absolute gems. They're never too busy to help and always friendly. It's clear that these young men and women go above and beyond for their customers.

Catered for 13 of us so we had to understandably pre-order our food. It all came out together and everyone enjoyed what they had eaten. The only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is because once our food had been delivered the only time we had any staff come to our table was to clear dishes and empty glasses. There was no checking our food was OK or if we wanted any drinks nor were we asked if we wanted deserts. Having said that the men on our table were also happy to get up and go to the bar for our drinks as and when we wanted them so wasn't an issue. I would definitely go back as the food was lovely and I would recommend to any of my friends.
