"the outside of the pub looks terrible. it is tired and boring. the inner is similar. it's dark and clapping. the coworkers try, but there is a certain lack of love to detail. this place needs a real spruce out and in, it also needs a strong customer concentrated management team that get the best from the personal. that could be a big pub, but we have said that for years and his still poor. the meal times with which we are no longer disturbing, because they are expensive and the quality is very hit and miss more than hit to be honest. the pub has no atmosphere. it also lacks any type of airflow when the weather is warm, leave the doors open and open windows where possible. illuminate the space both inside and outside to make it more attractive. that could be a great place, but as I say, we have said that for a long time."

great service. friendly staff. eating was tasty and plentiful, but could have been warmer. they brought something extra heavy, the hot was so warming the meal more. in the pub it is somewhat cool, but it is an old building to expect. you have not recommended

This visit was a let down to previous visits. It wasn't busy but there were a lot of tables that hadn't been cleared. We had to move 3 times before we found a table and area that had been cleaned properly. The main food arrived after a small delay and was edible but when my dessert (crumble) arrived it had a weird burnt smoky taste even though it didn't look burnt. I was going to mention it to staff but two other people were already complaining about their food so left it. I am hoping it was a one off as I have never had a problem there before.

Unfortunately it wasn't that good, it took around 25 mins to place our order when it did come there was only 3 meals, the waitress asked me to remind her what my meal was, that took a further 5 mins. The food was good no problems at all. The coffee's were poor it's not worth explaining it all. I had asked for a coke, the waitress put it down firmly as she walked by to see to another party. Had to get up and ask for the bill. To finish it off I had to go to the bar to pay or we could have just walked out.lt was by far our worse experience we've had at this pub. The management need to get their act together.

These were my starters as you can see no presentation ,the calamari was just chucked on the plate and the koftas were dry and burnt. They were sent straight back. When we went to order off the menu, the first two attempts we were told they had ran out,We should be told what’s not available on the menu firstly. The waitress had an attitude problem and only cleared our table after food and our drinks glasses were piled high by the end of the evening. We were seated next to to disabled toilets and they smelt disgusting and was dirty.I never put up bad reviews about places and never usually moan as I work in the restaurant industry myself, but this place has really gone down the hill and it’s such a s...
