The food and service were both great. Despite some negative reviews, we decided to give this restaurant a try since we had never eaten here before. It turned out to be the perfect spot for a quick meal before exploring Canary Wharf.

I enjoyed my meal here. Because I have dietary restrictions, the manager had to come ot my table to take my order. I discussed my needs with the manager and he was very helpful. My favourite dish here is the ginger chicken udon. Delicious.

Service: Great An amazing service for a Thursday night. The staff managed the queue well and also had a smile. Its like they were proud to work for wags! Food: Great We came for the starters. We visited the restaurant on a busy Saturday evening and found it to be crowded. There was a short wait to get in, but the staff managed the queue efficiently and we were seated within 5 minutes. Despite the fast-paced atmosphere, our order was taken promptly and our food arrived in a timely manner. The food was of excellent quality overall. I also enjoyed a delicious Japanese gin and tonic. The only drawback was the limited restroom facilities, with only one regular cubicle for the entire restaurant and a disabled toilet that required a special key, leading to long wait times.

I typically enjoy dining at Wagamama, but the food can be inconsistent. I visited on a busy Friday evening and the restaurant was large with plenty of seating. The service was good, despite the busyness, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was reasonably clean. However, I was disappointed with the yasai pad thai with tofu. As someone who has traveled extensively in Thailand, I can say that this dish did not resemble a traditional pad thai. I visited this restaurant with a friend. I had been before and it was very good. This time not so much. The server wrote our order out on a large peice of paper on our table and recorded it on her tablet. When the first meal arrived it was incorrect. Despite the fact we had double checked the order before she left. When the other meal arrived it was cold. My friend did not have his meal at this point because they had to cook his as the wrong meal had initially been sent. So we didn't actually get to eat together. Then my meal was sent back.
