"Great location and excellent outdoor area. Love the food and the beer selection is good. I just wish the service was more consistent! On a fairly quiet afternoon we were scraping for service, at one stage being told to “just order at the bar” by a staff member, even though it was table service. A couple of staff were chatting at the bar at the time ignoring us... Previously been very attentive!"

Staff are attentive, they have vegan choices on menu, good selection of beers. A lovely place to meet friends for food and a chat with enough room for a pram.

Overall the experience was very good. However, I thought there was too much food in the portions. the platter for 2 could have fed all five of us. Wasn't necessary.

they were there to see the football, but they called me the day they didn't show it, but they're showing the rugby! we still went because we wanted the frying dinner and it was nice the bark I had was really delicious! View menu

Service was super attentive and friendly, atmosphere was great for a Saturday night, people just starting to arrive and everyone seemed full of beans. Food was glorious, generous, piping hot and full of flavour. The chicken schnitzel was probably the best I ever had this side of Berlin. If you want to drink they have happy hour Mon-Sat 3-9pm. Can’t wait to try their Sunday brunch
