"we were on 06.01. once again with friends in the linde. actually always a bank, good eating in cozy environment at elevated prices.Today we had as heads 2x cuckolds, once thunfish and once rumpsteak.The cuckolds were divine, exactly at the point, juicy, pink, short perfect. :)-beim thunfisch had my wife the wish that he should be almost fried (she may not be a raw fish). Unfortunately, he still came as he would otherwise be perfect, so raw inside. Unfortunately, this was not the same as the special desire, so my wife could only eat the half, but otherwise tasted well.The rumpsteak was tender and medium fried, but it was not asked about the gargrad desire. Unfortunately it was hardly to enjoy, as it was very salted. it tasted as if one wanted to garnish it with fleur de sel at the end, and had been very much in the crowd. a pity about the good meat :(-we had twice mousse au chocolat and once chocolate cake. the cake was ok, but not overarching, also the punschsorbet was more discreet.But the mousse with orange parfait was a dream. I have tasted every one of the felt two million calorie, but that was worth it. I have rarely had such a delicious dessert. :)-being I have gone with mixed feelings, otherwise I know the linden as a top restaurant"
