"Authentic cuisine, attentive service and beautiful ambience! As an appetizer there were bread from the house with three different dips, big and not natural! The grill plate was very delicate, well seasoned and had an intense barbecue aroma. Maybe a Klecks Cacik and Ezme would be nice on the record. The lamb with vegetables in tomato sauce also has super, very delicate and aromatic, as I know from Turkey. It was too oily for me personally, and it was immediately offered to make it new. Super service I didn't use. It wasn't that bad. Overall a very cozy and tasty stay. We test even more dishes!"

"Als Liebhaber der japanischen Küche bin ich stets auf der Suche nach authentischen Sushi-Erlebnissen. Das Sushi-Restaurant Akaiten in Bad Salzuflen hat nicht nur meine Erwartungen erfüllt, sondern weit übertroffen. Zugegeben, die Preise mögen auf den ersten Blick etwas höher angesetzt sein, jedoch spiegelt sich jeder ausgegebene Cent in der Qualität und der Präsentation des Essens wider. Von dem Moment an, als wir das Restaurant betraten, war der Service erstklassig und das Ambiente einladend. Doch der wahre Star des Abends war ohne Zweifel das Sushi. Ich kann ohne Übertreibung sagen, dass ich noch nie besseres Sushi gegessen habe. Die frischen Zutaten, die meisterhafte Zubereitung und die kreativen Kombinationen der Aromen haben uns in eine andere Welt versetzt. Geschmacklich war das Essen einfach perfekt. Die Balance zwischen den verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen, die Textur des Reises und des Fisches sowie die Frische der Zutaten waren bemerkenswert. Die Präsentation war ebenso beeindruckend, und man konnte die Aufmerksamkeit zum Detail erkennen, die in jedes Gericht floss. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch und werden Akaiten sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Dieses Restaurant ist ein Juwel in Bad Salzuflen und ein Muss für jeden Sushi-Liebhaber. Die Erfahrung war jeden Cent wert und wir können es kaum erwarten, uns erneut von der kulinarischen Kunst des Akaiten verzaubern zu lassen."
