"the tanstübl has changed the owner more often in recent years and is thus somewhat slipped off by a very well-attended restaurant with local specialties in service and quality. the new owners try to win back with much effort, friendliness and sensual specialties guests. to the extent to which this applies to the Schleswig-Holsteiners, it remains to be seen. at present you can always get a good place. the food is good home cooking, service very friendly and endeavors, sometimes something to servil. Previously, the tanstübl was a meeting point of locals, everyone knew almost everyone. the masters have unfortunately turned out to be the greatest part, perhaps new ones are growing. It would be desirable, because the brownish and his wretched people deserve a chance."
