"Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen genannt: In die Jahre gekommener richtig klassisich "deutscher" Grieche. Auch in Griechenland so wahrscheinlich nicht mehr zu finden. So wie die Griechen in den 70ger und 80ger Jahren in Deutschland "bekannt und zeitweise groß" geworden sind. Die typischen griechischen Gerichte dieser Zeit, innen recht dunkel und einfach und am Ende der Fußgängerzone. Für ein günstiges Mittagsmenue in Ordnung aber die Vielfalt und Qualität der Mitbewerber wächst..."

"I used to live in bielefeld and this was my first visit since my move to Britain in 2008. I have eaten this week twice here (16 and 19 February 2015). I ate at the first visit with my family at lunchtime and eating was great and our waitress - I think her name was jennie - was great, very friendly and offered us an English menu to watch. I can read German much better than speak, but it was nice to have the option of a menu in English. we ordered a few drinks and then our food. the drinks came fast and don't eat long after. that was great, my daughter had a child's dinner and it was huge. we visited the alex bar a few nights later after we had eaten to the evening, and this time only had a few drinks. my man wanted to sit outside - although it was very cold, so we sat under the heaters and laid the provided cover on our knee. jennie, the same waitress that had served us 2 days before our meal, was again our waitress and remembered which drinks we had ordered at that time - which was nice. we ordered other drinks this time. we asked her about the breakfast buffet standing on a plaque in front of the bar. jennie told us very detailed how the breakfast buffet was, so we decided to have it the next morning. the breakfast buffet was great, so much choice and also plentiful. for us three (2 adults and one child) it was less than €18. I can recommend alex bar warmestly and jennie is also great - a merit of the alex bar! in the hope to visit bielefeld in summer again, we will eat here with certainty"

"Sehr freundliches und aufgeschlossenes Personal. Der Chef scheint hier zu wissen was er tut. Uns hat es hier schon mehrere Male sehr gut geschmeckt. Hier bekommt man frische Qualität für einen moderaten Preis. Es wird auch immer sehr schön angerichtet und wir kommen hier gerne hin, um vor Ort zu Essen oder auch abzuholen. Einer der wenigen Läden hier in Bielefeld, wo die Preis-Leistung noch stimmt und das Ambiente angenehm ist."

"after the forced renovation by the fire damage ferdis pizzapinte has now opened again. in large and whole has not changed much. by the new paint it has become a bit brighter overall. the card is almost unchanged and consists of a series of petty, salads pizzen and a few bigger dressed, partly Asian (curry). in the afternoon the pizza dough was obviously so hard that the attempt to eat with knife and fork was quickly abandoned. the olives and peperoni could not hide their "supermarktursprung a la dittmann’s etc". very tasty, however, was still the tsatsiki! from the fass there are 3 beer varieties. including the local Rotingdorfer and the delicious guinness. wine selection is limited otherwise usual drink card. both services were very attentive and nice. This traditional student local will certainly last a long time."

"The staff is friendly and the food tastes. I've never had problems with my orders. But the parking lot is just too small so McDonald is located on one of the main streets of Bielefeld. I had to look away from my visit several times because there was no parking."

"Wir haben uns einen Adana Teller bestellt. Teller sah schön aus, aber das Essen schmeckte nicht besonders gut. Das Fleisch hatte nix mit Lamm zu tun. Die Pommes waren matschig nass und nicht gewürzt. Das Brot zwei verschiedene Sorten war einfach kalt. In dem Lokal läuft laute Musik und es kann hektisch werden. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es anscheinend nicht. Die Seitenfenster werden trotzdem nicht geöffnet, nur der Haupteingang. Schön essen und entspannen kaum möglich. Kann ich nicht empfehlen."

"tight and gloomy, you have to like it. "Turkish restaurants have been there in Germany for so long that they would now expect to find more of them than they. kuyu has his bit to fill this gap. the interieur is visually beautiful; as they go down from the street...plane, they see a space designed to give the impression of an underground space in cappadocia. the carpets on the deck were a beautiful note. we didn't try the wee. most beer were German, even the efes pilsen, which is Turkish, was brewed according to the label in Germany. "Nach einem Termin in der Innenstadt kehrten wir in das Lucky Garden ein, da deren Mittagsbuffet eine akzeptable Auswahl bietet und auch noch nach 14.00 Uhr zur Verfügung steht. Die Restauration war gut besucht, von Kindern bis zu Senioren eine bunte Mischung an Kunden. Das Buffet bot eine gute Auswahl, sowohl chinesisches als auch mongolisches Buffet wurde angeboten. Bei dem chinesischen Buffet waren, wie bei vielen anderen derartigen Restaurationen auch, die Speisen nicht heiß, einige waren sogar nur noch gerade warm. Es wurde in akzeptablen Abständen nachgelegt. Die frische Zubereitung beim mongolischen Buffet funktionierte reibungslos, wenn auch die Wartezeit etwas zu lang gewesen ist. Der Service ist in Ordnung, Teller werden nach einiger Zeit, teilweise auch erst gegen Hinweis, abgeräumt."

"Wir waren dort essen und haben zuerst eine Vorspeise bestellt. Und da der erste Schock. In der Schale lag eine tote Mücke. Sah auch so aus als wäre sie länger drinnen, da sie schon fest innen geklebt war. Dabei hatten wir ein Getränk jeweils und wollten aus Gläsern trinken. Beim trinken merkte ich das die Gläser total nach Männer After Shave riechen. Ich habe es dabei gelassen um Verliess den Laden mit vollem Tisch. We went there for dinner and ordered an appetizer first. And then the first shock. There was a dead mosquito in the bowl. Also looked like it was inside longer as it was already glued firmly inside. We each had a drink and wanted to drink from glasses. While drinking, I noticed that the glasses smelled like men's aftershave. I left it at that and left the store with a full table."
