"Das Da Aldo liegt ein wenig ab vom Schlag, ist aber allemal einen Besuch wert! Geboten wird eine gute und authentische, italienische Küche, die neben der regulären Karte immer eine Tageskarte im Angebot hat. Ein Blick in die eigentlich immer offene Küche zeigt ein stets sauber gepflegtes Arbeitsumfeld es gibt für ein Restaurant keine bessere Visitenkarte. Leider gibt es doch einige Wermutstropfen. Der Gastraum könnte etwas wärmer und freundlicher gestaltet sein. Wenn der Gastraum ausgelastet ist, wird es schnell zu laut. Die Bedienung wirkt dann schnell etwas überfordert und alles, wirklich alles, dauert einfach zu lang. Häufiger haben wir selbst auf die Rechnung gefühlte Ewigkeiten warten müssen. Für diesen Umstand ziehe ich einen Stern ab. Die Parkplatzsituation ist geradezu luxoriös, denn direkt neben dem Restaurant lieght ein großer Parkplatz."

"Durch Zufall sind wir auf die Pizzeria aufmerksam geworden und ich war wirklich überrascht wie toll es da ist . Man kann sich draußen hinsetzen, irgendwie eine urig gemütlich Atmosphäre. Must really say that, although the whole phone has cleaned and the whole counter was filled with orders, the staff was very friendly and strives to finish my order as soon as possible. "Wir waren am letzten Donnerstag dort mit 7 Personen zum Essen verabredet. Schnell haben wir unseren vorab reservierten Tisch zugewiesen bekommen. Nachdem wir alle unsere Getränke, Vorspeisen und Hauptspeisen bestellt haben wurden die Getränke auch schnell an den Tisch gebracht. Kurze Zeit später kamen dann die Vorspeisen die von der Menge auch als Hauptgang durchgehen würden. Die Qualität der Vorspeisen war sehr gut.Auf die Hauptgerichte mussten wir dann ein wenig warten. Einziges Manko an dem Abend war dann die Wartezeit auf die Bedienungen. Diese waren sehr freundlich und haben versucht so gut es geht für alle Gäste da zu sein. Leider war es aber vom Personalansatz nicht möglich dies zu schaffen weshalb wir sehr lange auf weitere Getränke warten mussten. (Der Service an sich war trotzdem sehr gut - also kein Vorwurf an das Personal)Dann kamen unsere Burger. Perfekt angerichtet wurden sie uns heiß an den Tisch gebracht. Meine Kollegen, wie auch ich waren vom Essen sehr gegeistert. Die Beilagen waren auch wieder sehr gut von der Qualität und auch von der Quantität. Alles in einem war es ein super Abendessen und wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!!!"

"We were sitting outside for two. We did not like the neighboring table max. 10 cm from us. That was something too close to us. Next time we want to sit inside. We're early enough. Some bottles and food residues from predecessors are still on the tables. The weather has changed. It blows a sometimes tight wind and wet also comes from above. But the shields are big enough that we are not wet. The Klecks Majo on the Pommes is big enough for the Pommes. The sauce is also abundant. But what should I write? "we had booked a table, the free table was left as good as possible. the charge was not visited up to 4 tables, but almost all tables were still covered with old and dirty dishes that were not deleted. "Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend im Da Ruben. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben uns als Vorspeise einen Teller Carpaccio geteilt, was sehr Lecker war. Als Hauptspeise hatten wir Panzerotti von der Tageskarte, welche auch sehr, sehr lecker waren. Sogar der Espresso nach dem Essen war perfekt. Zudem die angenehme authentische Atmosphäre, welche den Abend abgerundet hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Nettes kleines Restaurant in Hernes Stadtmitte. Sind bei einem kleinem Sparziergang dort eingekehrt, weil uns draußen auf der Tafel der Mittagstisch ansprach. Hätte gerne den Fisch gegessen , doch als ich fragte ob er frisch sei,bekam ich die Antwort ,nein gefroren. Also, wo war dann die gute frische Küche? Eine Weinkarte habe ich auf Anfrage nicht bekommen ,sondern wurde nur gefragt was ich für einen Wein gerne hätte. Ich nahm einen Rose ,Preis wurde nicht genannt , kostete dann 5€.Mein Mann nahm das Schnitzel Italia ,war sehr klein und dünn hatte zuviel Panade und Käse, schmeckte nicht. Ich hatte die Medaillons Williams, es waren 2 kleine Medaillons, das Fleisch tot gebraten das ich es kaum kauen konnte.Salat war sehr übersichtlich mit wenig Dressing,dafür war noch viel Wasser im Salat,Das Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Essen leider nicht, Service war kurz angebunden.Das Schnitzel kostete 11,50€ Die Medaillons 13,90€ mit Pommes und kl. Salat. Fand ich etwas zu hoch, doch wenn es geschmeckt hätte ,wäre es in Ordnung gewesen."

"Ich wohne in der Nachbarschaft und Pablo ist ein Lichtblick jenseits des Stadtkerns. Hier wird echtes Essen von Hand gemacht! Köstliche Fisch- und Fleischgerichte, eine Wochenkarte und natürlich: TAPAS in Hülle und Fülle! Das begleitende Brot ist ein köstliches französisches Landbaguette von der Bäckerei Wickenburg, ebenfalls ansässig in Altenbochum. Zum Nachtisch vielleicht eine Crema Catalana, oder ein Cafe Cortado? Das macht alles rundum glücklich! Im Sommer kann man im kleinen flauschigen Biergarten sitzen. Hier hat man das Gefühl, das dem Koch/ die Betreiber ein echtes Interesse daran haben, gutes ehrliches Essen herzustellen. Und dazu muss ich mich nicht in die Stadt quälen! Das Mobiliar ist aus dunklem, schlichten Holz, die Lampen ein Gebilde aus leeren grünlichen Flaschen. Mindestens bei den Fenstern ahnt man, dass es sich bei dem Lokal um eine ehemals alte Eckkneipe handeln muss. Wie schön, dass sie die Zeiten überlebt hat und behutsam zu dem verwandelt worden ist, was es jetzt ist: eine Bereicherung des Stadtteils. Ein Glücksfall!"

"Da meine Hauptpizzeria Urlaub hat und ich die guten Rezensionen gelesen habe, habe ich mich entschlossen hier eine Pizza zu bestellen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich.
