"I don't even know where to start with this place. The atmosphere is more like a canteen, than a restaurant, it is extremely loud and very hectic. Our waiter was very friendly and polite. We booked a table for 20:30, at this time the buffet already looked very sad and it seem liked it has being sitting there for quiet a while and has not being refreshed. The selection of the buffet was also very small. The side dishes were not brought to your table, as is common in other Rodizios, you had to get them your self, at the buffet. The meat, which they offered, was only 5 different kind and they didn't offer the good stuff, like filet, at all. The choices were very small and also not tasty. As the waiter wanted to clear my plate, I told him, that I was not done yet and I was waiting for more meat, he looked at me and was very confused and said, oh sorry, I'll get you more. A few moments later he returned and told me, that there was no more meat and he was very sorry. I asked him, how could that be, that it was a all you can eat Rodizio and I was not done and they just stopped serving food, at 22:00. First of all he was very defending and was trying to talked me down and was giving me lame excuses. After a while he realised, that my complaints were justified and he stopped fighting me and tried to turn it around by apologising and offering me a free drink, but I wanted what I paid for, no more and no less , so I refused his offer. After a short while he came back and brought me the tails of beef , which very well done and therefore very tough. We had caipirinha's, the glasses were not even full, you can see it on the picture, the drink was just brought to the table. Also most of the dessert buffet were gone, after I told him that as well, he brought a new tiramisu to the buffet. Altogether it was not a great evening , I paid over 80€ for 2 People and didn't get a good value for it. Me personally, I will not visit this place again."
