"We were visiting Brisighella in early April 2019 and, as the toddler with us was napping, decided to have a bite at Framboise. It was one of the best decisions we made on our trip. We plus stroller and toddler were welcomed warmly, settled comfortably in one of the two small but very charming rooms and fed delicious food (we opted for their traditional spoja lorda as a first course and it was an excellent choice). Everything about the restaurant and the young woman who took our orders was entrancing. Couldn 't have asked for a nicer reception; even when our toddler woke up, she was treated so kindly that we all had a great time and she thoroughly enjoyed the pea mousse!"

"Absolutely recommended... starting from the starters, then the first and second courses, all foods of local origin and excellent... served cooked and cared for with all the attention of true experts in the sector... I haven't tasted the desserts but I have no doubts about professionalism... typical trattoria not too big but well positioned tables... risky advice to the owners.. a slightly larger external shed to shelter from the rain .."

"Piscina molto bella e curata con panorama sulle verdi colline, silenziosa e gestita dal simpatico e cordialissimo Mirko. Camere ben posizionate, dotate di comodo letto alto e bagno spazioso con doccia. Struttura ben curata e personale molto gentile e attento. Ottima cena con ottimo vino, molto buona anche la colazione a buffet con varia scelta dolce/salato. Consigliato soprattutto se alla ricerca di un luogo per rilassarsi in piscina. Notevole torta tenerina con crema di mascarpone"
