"Excellent service and food. We were in Broadstairs for the day and wanted a quick dinner before home. Luckily they managed to fit us in right on opening at 6pm. Absolutely perfect service and we will definitely return when in town again. The sea bass fillet, with lemon mash and spinach was cooked beautifully. I could easily have eaten the same again. The skate meuniere was as expected the same quality food and luckily my wife and I always share so got to try both. Desserts were also interesting with a lovely refreshing meringue with summer fruits and a lemon polenta that was excellent. Highly recommend and wish all the team well as service was brilliant. "So I usually love eating at Posillipo's. I thought I'd treat my girlfriend and take here there as she had never been. Upon arrival we were rested warmly as normal and shown to our table which was upstairs for a change. We were shown to our table and to my disappointment we were shoved right in the corner on the smallest table I have ever eaten at, it was almost the size of a lap tray. I didn't complain at all on the night as I just thought I'd get in with it. After sitting down I had a glance around and all of the other tables had a candle and a rose on apart from ours. We were also shoved in the corner next to where the knife and forks are kept along with cleaning products, oh and on top of this we were right in the doorway. We were constantly leant over by staff to reach new knife and forks and cleaning products. The started we had only just got on the table and were fine but the Parma ham and mozzarella dish was different to the time I had it previous. Onto maoms now and I had the sliced steak in a bed of spinach with Parmesan. To my disappointment the steak was fatty and there was no spinach in site just rocket which I do not enjoy. I am very disappointed in this experience as normally I love it there. I think they overbooked themselves and were rushing around to try and serve everyone."
