Tomamos varios cafés en lugar de postres y con bebidas dobles por persona, salinos a 23€. satisfechos por buena atención y precio de calidad. la estrella desaparecida es saltar la regla de no dar la carta en mano."

"Dos noches de éxito: el hotel es un poco más caro, pero no demasiado caro. Cocina mediterránea, española con buen pescado: el lenguado a la plancha era un sueño. Nos gustó el ambiente/decoración con intensos colores burdeos y decoraciones creativas en la mesa. Muy buena selección de vinos en vinoteca, afortunadamente el vino blanco en la vinoteca en las altas temperaturas del verano; El personal muy amable y también interesado en los turistas. El restaurante está situado a pocos minutos del paseo marítimo de Calpe en la Costa Blanca en una carretera con poco tráfico!"

"First time here, but definitely not the last! One of the best restaurants I’ve been in, anywhere in the world. Everything about the restaurant is five star from start to finish. The place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. They offer a prix fixe menu as well as a regular menu. The selection is fantastic and the wine list was lovely. We had the tuna tataki and a salad for starters and the entrecôte steak and salmon with herb crust for main course. Everything was delicious and the service was impeccable!"

"La comida estaba muy buena, pedimos unas bravas y unos mejillones para abrir boca y luego un arroz al senyoret para 2 personas, muy bueno con una capa fina de arroz que es como nos gusta, pero cantidad más que suficiente para dos personas y más si has pedido algun entrante, estaba muy bueno y pegado al paseod de la playa de calpe, lo malo es que es un sitio pequeño y durante los meses que no son de verano parece ser que tienen la terraza cerrada entera y se crea un ambiente un poco agobiante porque hay muchas mesas en un espacio reducido, pero entiendo también que con la terraza abierta en invierno no se podría disfrutar de la comida por el aire que corre en el paseo marítimo."

"En unas vacaciones de invierno en Calp descubrimos este restaurante (cerrado durante el día) mientras paseábamos por el casco antiguo de Calp. Es absolutamente necesario reservar con antelación ya que hay muy pocas mesas, ambiente acogedor con música ambiental muy agradable y decoración armoniosa. Recomendamos sin reservas este restaurante alejado de las playas. El hombre de la cocina es inglés, su costillar de cordero con vino y salsa de menta es absolutamente delicioso!! La señora de la habitación, española, es muy agradable y amable. Muy buena cocina, postres estupendos y muy generosos que nos costó terminar. Los precios son razonables. Volveremos el año que viene."

"Pasa un poco desapercibido por su ubicación, por lo menos entrando desde la avenida y no desde la playa. Hemos comido allí y aunque hemos llegado un poco tarde, nos han atendido igual. Resulta confuso que se llame Restaurante-Buffet , y que no haya buffet. Explicado por el personal: lo habilitan en los meses de verano, mientras que el resto del año ofertan varios menús a elegir. Pedimos el propio del día, también el más básico, así que no puedo opinar de lo más gourmet : una ensalada a compartir muy correcta, así como pan con alll i oli, el pan estaba recién sacado del horno; unas lentejas caseras a las que les hubieran sentado bien algún trozo de carne o verdura, aunque buenas de sabor; unos macarrones bolognese sencillos pero ricos; y de segundos, un plato combinado de merluza con algo de verduras, zanahorias baby, me gustó; y una carne, lomo en salsa con patatas fritas, que fue lo que más bueno me estaba, aunque la ración un poco justa de cantidad, que no de calidad. El vino, para ser de menú, que por cierto está incluido, estaba mejor de lo que esperaba de un Utiel Requena joven. Cayó entero. El menú incluía postres. Gran variedad, la mayoría de ellos caseros. Natillas correctas, aunque una crema/mousse de coco estaba más original. El café también correcto. El servicio muy bueno, nos atendieron tres personas, una de las cuales la dueña/gerente. Muy atentos, rápidos y serviciales."

El servicio fue muy agradable y atento. El ambiente era acogedor y rústico. Los cinco pedimos varias tapas frías y calientes, que incluyen: Gambas al Ajillo, queso de cabra con miel y peras, achicoria serrana, queso manchego, etc. Particularmente me gustaría destacar algo muy sencillo: el alioli. Estaba delicioso y todo el alioli que hemos probado desde entonces no pudo igualarlo. Por cierto, el vino tinto de la casa también era muy bueno. Un gran final de visita, sobre el que el restaurante no puede hacer nada: sin saberlo, nos topamos con la procesión de Semana Santa que venía por el callejón."

"We spotted this eaterie on the way to Altea centre and decided to stop for lunch and we're so glad that we did. They were offering a menu del día at €13.80. The food was excellent and the service superb. I hadn't had a pasta dish in a while and I absolutely adored the rigatoni in a sausage and courgette sauce. My husband opted for the sparerib and he thought it was divine. We shall definitely be returning!"
