"Restaurante pequeñito en el centro de Calpe, lo descubrimos por internet gracias a un amigo. Pedimos de entrante pan con alioli que es muy típico en la costa y buenísimo y media ración de croquetas de carne, que estaban muy buenas. De principal escogimos el arroz a banda para 2. Estaba muy muy rico. Quiero resaltar el trato que nos dieron fue estupendo y súper acogedores."

"Las pizzas son ciertamente las mejores. Hace años siempre les pedimos que los trajeran a casa y son muy rápidos, incluso llegan antes de que te lo digan por teléfono. el precio es muy bueno y la excelente calidad. de hecho es difícil terminar la pizza, pero son tan buenos que haces el esfuerzo. Los concesionarios siempre son muy amables y amables. A veces siento pena si es un día con lluvia o alguna inclinación extrema, mucho frío o mucho calor, sin embargo siempre tienen una buena respuesta a la indicación del tiempo. sin duda merecen la propina que les das y más. Definitivamente recomiendo que traten de pizzas."

"Es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de una cena agradable en pareja o familia,tienes la inmensidad del mar enfrente con vistas al peñon,puedes cenar mientras ves la puesta del sol una experiencia increible,los camareros son muy profesionales y serviciales y la comida esta riquisima pedimos un salmón ahumado escandinavo,unos mejillones y una pizza todo muy bueno y el precio bastante bueno."

"Fui a comer a este restaurante con grandes expectativas debido a la recomendación sobre el arroz al senyoret, según me dijeron restaurante donde se originó este tipo de paella. Sin embargo, al principio, ya empezamos regular con los camareros, vinieron 3 distintos a pedir la bebida. Por favor tener en cuenta que sirven pan y alioli de primeras sin pedirlo, pero ojo que te lo cobran! Así que es mejor indicar desde el principio si no lo quieres. Personalmente, considero que este tipo de estrategias para aumentar la factura final en 2-3€ no son apropiadas, ya que dan una mala impresión al turismo extranjero. Tienen un menú por 24€ que incluye ensalada, pescado frito y paella. No está incluida la bebida (ni agua Echando cuentas te sale rentable ya que el resto de la carta incluye varios tipos de paellas pero es importante mencionar que no te permiten pedir otras variedades de arroces por mesa. Y mínimo sirven paella para dos personas (así que cobran 2x15€ . La comida en general estuvo bien, contundente aunque la paella estaba un poco salada para mi gusto. En resumen, mi recomendación sería explorar otras opciones que puedan ofrecer una experiencia más satisfactoria por el mismo precio."

"beachfront spot, with moni decoration, very nice atmosphere music, good service and mix of flavors that will surprise you. a choice that won't leave you indifferent. It's not a restaurant, it's a piece of restaurant because it has everything to have, quality-matter premium and friendly service. the penalty is that in winter it is closed but it is a highly recommended place. I love this place. has everything to succeed: good atmosphere, good decoration, unbeatable location and first-class cuisine. fusion of Mediterranean flavors that will not leave you the same. also have a day menu for 25€ which is worth trying. desserts too because they are delicious. recommended 100% as the best fit if we remove the star michelín ; the site is the most and I will continue going every time I go to calpe."

"Four of us went this lunchtime to Las Olas because our friends told us how good it is (was). I called beforehand to ask about vegetarian options. They are available, but not on the menu del día. We ordered 4 menus del día which included bread , wine or water. The bread (half a small baguette for 4 people) was only brought to our table after we asked for it. No Alioli included. The men wanted alcohol free beer, which was not included, only half a bottle of wine or water. Our friends assured us that not too long ago, Alioli and any drink were included in the menu. The food itself was really tasty and it was a shame that the prawn cocktail starter only included 2 prawns. The vanilla ice cream dessert was 2 big scoops and delicious. Would we go again? Probably not, as we didn't think the service was that good and there are other restaurants which offer better for a very similar price."

"We found this little place on the beachfront our first night on holiday . We are here every day for lunch and had one evening meal. I loved sitting in the seats outside going up the alley it felt quite authentic Spain to me . Great food especially for a good lunch . We had the paella , swordfish , tapas, salads ,. Doesn’t look particularly fancy from outside but we really enjoyed it ."

"Wow, well that was one of the worst experiences I've ever had! Went to Calpe for a day, just to try something different, and had a stroll on the promenade on the north side of Peñon de Ifach. Eventually sat down at this restaurant which seemed to have a nice daily menu for a decent price. It all started out well, the waiter brought the menu and some drinks, and we ordered our food. But that was about it. After about 45-50 minutes wait, I called the waiter over and asked if the food would be much longer. We had ordered a starter, main and dessert. I was shocked by the response I got, when the waiter told me I could just go to the kitchen myself and ask for the food. Well, that's really not what I need when I have a sunday out to have a nice time. So, we paid for our drinks and left. Please read all the other comments on here, they seem to tell the same story. If you want to be treated respectfully, choose another place."

"Fuimos a comer varias veces a principios de septiembre. Comimos dentro, pero también hay una terraza en una calle tranquila. Pedimos un menú del día a 12 euros. De primero una ensalada y tartar de tomate y aguacate. De segundo lubina. La comida está bien . Las raciones no son grandes. El postre estaba rico. Los camareros son amables. Pero, no puedo decir, que sean rápidos. Relación calidad precio media. Tienen una variedad de pizzas de precios asequibles. También se puede pedir la comida para llevar. Aconsejo este sitio, si queréis comer bien a un precio económico."

"Very good service, the very beautiful girls and the food we loved. We didn't know dyonde had dinner and let ourselves be carried away by the fact that there were a lot of people and we got a lot of that street. We asked for the Dutch tapas, the fried cheese with jams and the single wheel why not. They also put us in a loaf with alioli, very rich. For all that plus a coke and a water we got what seemed pretty cheap. We loved everything and we will definitely come back."

"la mejor y más grande sorpresa culinaria en el calpe, un sitio entero golpeó. Restaurante belga especializado en mejillones, una multitud de salsas para elegir y raciones son enormes, los mejillones de la casa 19 €, riquísimos y abundante. el personal es muy amable. excelente selección de cervezas belgas que van desde 3,5 € a 4,2 € los segundos platos son muy buenos a precio, una gran variedad de guisos. Los niños tienen salchichas caseras muy ricas por 5 €, salchicha adicional 2,5 € (fricandela). vasos de vino blanco por 2,5 €. postre, si es helado, se puede hacer más pequeño para los niños. el personal es súper atento y amable."

"Si quieres degustar una buena mariscada, yo me decantaría por Calpe. Hay buenas marisquerías donde elegir, como por ejemplo, El Carro I, con vistas impresionantes al Peñón de Ifach. Tu eliges los ingredientes y te pides la mariscada a tu gusto. De la Mar al plato porque todo es súper fresco. Todo buenísimo y de entrantes te obsequian con un plato de pescaitos fritos y calamares que es de agradecer. La sangría que pedimos, riquísima también y la atención de diez, por eso volvimos a repetir y repetiremos."

"We arrived in Calpe on 11th September and like all tourists tried the nearest restaurant for our first full day in the region, unfortunately it was disappointing, as was the next restaurant we tried the following evening. However , the third night we decided to give this restaurant a go.wow how much better this establishment was .family run , traditional Spanish menu with lots of choice.the meal was on the large size and freshly cooked.We have now tried the roast chicken , the peppered steak , the sea bass and seafood platter and have been astounded by the wonderful taste , size and price of each meal.I cannot recommend this restaurant enough .The owner David , his wife Maria and their charming daughter Norkist have made each visit a very welcome and pleasent experience. If you are staying or just passing through Calpe , you must visit or miss out on a excellent culinary experience."

"El local era muy bonito aunque nos costó ubicarlo ya que está algo escondido (culpamos a Google Maps y Siri). Fuimos en Febrero ya que es temporada baja estaba muy tranquilo y poquita gente nos preguntaron si llevabamos reserva y llamamos antes porque llegamos tarde por atasco en la zona, muy majos nos aceptaron la demora y guardaron la reserva. La comida bastante buena aunque personalmente el tartar de tonno estaba algo terroso lo mejoraron con la pasta y el postre funghi final. Gracias a esta app conocimos el lugar y volveremos para verlo lucir màs en verano. Local bien ambientado y tenue ideal para comer y aceptan mascotas pudimos ver varios perritos de tamaño medio en el local dado el viento fuerte y frio del exterior"

"Have you changed ownership?? What a pile of a sh *t show service. Asked for something to be taken off the bill today as the “fresh OJ” was served to me warm. I spat it out as it was like bath water. €4 to you …. Waitress argued with us about with two pathetic excuses. The table behind us argued about the orange juice too We used to come here for brunch and breakfast all the time. We have a home here and this used to be one of our favourite spots. I was really civil to the waitress as well and she got defensive like why would she care just take the 4 euros off ?? Thanks god for for Cafeseamos for all our breakfasting as we will never come back here. Day time menu was bland but I coped with that it was the attitude and arguing from the waitress that had really pissed me off Service was slow always a long wait for menus and drinks orders You’ve gone downhill."

"Fuimos a cenar y de todo lo que había solo pedimos 2 entrantes y sushi. El pescado estaba bueno, fresco. Las porciones de 8 piezas son pequeñas, pero así te queda más hueco en el estómago para probar todo lo que tienen. El buffet funciona con que anotes el número del plato que quieres en una libreta y ellos te lo traen al ratito. Probamos bastantes platos y hay uno que lleva tempura y cebolla caramelizada que está increíble. El trato y la comida genial así que volveremos seguro!"

"The hosts really are the best people I’ve met on a holiday. With a few homemade sangrias you’ve got your daily recommended amount of fruit. The pizzas are great as well and so is the steak. Please order some cocktails when you visit, especially during happy hours; they are perfect! Take your beverage to the pool or let them bring it to you: they will do it with pleasure.
