"EXCELLENT! On holiday in St Malo and looking for a meal of a dozen or sores and bulots, it's my best address! I was delighted with my meal and will come back regularly The eight fresh, pleasant, not too iodized, the buckles, excellent and a little peppery, the prices challenge any competition compared to the nearby cities (15,50€ the 12 oysters n°2 and 13,50€ the 12 oysters n°3, 9,50 the plate of bulots), the welcome and the service are very pleasant, we spend a very good time! My companion took the x8 shrimps that were remarkable and the salmon a delicately smoky candy with its chives cream sauce...! A treat! I can only recommend this address! The one that would be top: be able to add an accompaniment: a bowl of salad, fries or pasta... to finish calating."

"We're getting out of this crêpery right now. Couple with 2 girls: 5 years and 9 months. We were warmly welcomed. Everything was perfect until the restaurant came out. The waitresses were smiling and listening. Our daughter was able to eat before us, her little pot was warmed and my big girl was served very quickly. We had not arrived in advance (about 13:15) The dishes are of quality and delicious. Great home ice cream and little more for the tatin dessert crêpe to drop the salt butter caramel was excellent! Support, kitchen, welcome, take-off, speed of service everything was perfect. Bravo to this team we will return to our next stay. The Norman family"

"For July 14, we decided to “Cremerie Exchange” and try a new restaurant in Cancale and it was without regret! First of all, when I was booked, I was offered. An unexpected terrace table because this new terrace is very close to the sea and high tide offers a magnificent view of the bay. In addition, the restaurant is located at the entrance of the port of Cancale and although it is also near the road, it is much quieter than those that are located near the lighthouse where there is a lot of car and pedestrian crossing with restaurants formula faster style. When we arrived, we were greeted very warmly by Antonin who had taken my reservation and then by Aurore the new owner. After placing our order, the appetizers arrived from the small sofas and the entire suite of the meal was irreproachable. Very tasted and very well presented dishes, a pleasure in the plate and to be enjoyed. Antonin was very attentive and attentive, the quality of his service was impeccable and his years of experience in high-level restoration can be recognized. I would like to thank the whole team for this fabulous lunch and wish them a great season and all the successes in this new establishment and hope to see them again very soon when I come back to Cancale."

"While passing through the region, we decided to take a break in Cancalais, and we were not disappointed! Between the appetizers, the tasty starters (fish soup and seafood plates), the exquisite dishes (hake fillet with mashed potatoes and small vegetables) and the delicious desserts (bitter orange crème brûlée with almond ice cream and crepe suzette with citrus ice cream), for €32.50 we left with a full stomach and very satisfied with our meal! "Entrée plat à 20,50 euros. Compte tenu de la qualité et de l'harmonie des saveurs de chaque plat, cela mérite 3 étoiles ; Félicitations au cuisinier qui utilise les épices avec bonheur. Nous étions peu nombreux, mais la qualité du service laisse imaginer que cela n'est pas dû au hasard. Efficacité et convivialité font de ce repas un vrai délice, les plats s'enchaînent à un rythme parfait et rien ne manque, l'eau, le pain et le beurre bien sûr sans avoir besoin de les demander. Les tables sont dressées avec goût et le sapin habillé de son boa en plumes ! rajoute un petit plus à l'ambiance chaleureuse de ce lieu. "Nous nous sommes fiés aux commentaires Google pour choisir de déguster des fruits de mer à Cancale. Et nous avons bien fait ! Accueil sympathique, personnel agréable et très organisé. Restaurant de taille petite mais qui du coup, fait son charme en bord de mer. Huîtres, bulots et moules frites que nous avons pris, excellents ! Et prix plus que corrects pour la qualité des produits. Très bon moment."

"Was tempted by the 22.90 euros menu, which happened to be correct value. Oysters were fresh, mussels good, wine ok. Service on the other hand was almost nonexistant. My interaction with a waitress was literally limited to around 10 words not to mention, that I...was asked whether I'm ready to order within 15 seconds after sitting down. Same robotic attitude was reserved to other customers: order, eat, pay and leave without so little as a smile. Maybe it can be explained by the fact that there were a lot of clients and only two waiters, explained but not excused obviously. Hire more people then. Many years ago in Agay I met almost the same attitude from the waitstaff and returned to that restaurant a couple of times nevertheless. But it was the only decent restaurant in town. In Cancale with its variety of decent to excellent restaurants I have a luxury of choosing. And while I still rate this place positively I probably won't come here again."

"I like crepes. I like galettes. But not sure if i like a three course meal based on them. It's probably me. But you can have too much. That said. They do them exceptionally well. The fillings are varied and the lagoustine one I had was really good. For dessert the apple, almond and chocolate one again was seriously good. I just felt that I had eaten way too many carbs in a meal. Not a bad thing but perhaps some more non crepe options other than the oysters. The wine was good. The cider was excellent. The service was very good. We were tired and hungry and the food came promptly and was fresh."

"C'est la première fois que je laisse un avis sur un restaurant sans y avoir mangé... mais seulement pour commenter l'impolitesse et le manque de professionnalisme de la dame qui nous a accueilli dans un Cancale très chaleureux. Bon, huit personnes sont entrées, dont 4 enfants, avec la place complètement vide à l'intérieur, on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de place pour manger... A notre réponse compréhensible (tables vides et non réservées) sur quelle était la motivation, nous étions dit d'une manière piquée et arrogante qu'il n'y avait pas assez de personnel. À ce moment-là, choqués par la réponse, nous avons quitté l'endroit pour chercher un autre endroit. Je crois donc qu'il est important pour celui qui gère ce restaurant de réfléchir au sens de la restauration, qui ne peut se limiter à l'offre de nourriture payante, mais doit inclure des valeurs essentielles telles que l'éducation et l'hospitalité. Toujours."

"we had experienced oysters earlier and had not made a reservation for dinner, but it went well. the two places we had planned were complete, including the hotel where we stayed. We walked a little in the street and found ourselves in the old saffron. No white tablecloths and quiet meals here. but a delicious cuisine, excellent service and a chance to meet several couples sitting nearby. a lot of discussions and laughter. everyone shares stories of travels, pleasure and incredible food! we ordered two different kinds of mussels and some other items as well. Everything was excellent. It was a wonderful dinner."
