"We had seen Entrecot Asturiana being served at other restaurants while we were trying other local dishes and decided that it would be next on our table. The proprietress at our hotel directed us to this restaurant and we weren't disappointed. Our massive steak arrived on a sizzling-hot cast iron platter along with potato wedges (chips to the Brits) causing us to forget the garden salad which was basic but very good. The steak was rarer than we cook at home, but since we hadn't specified and I really prefer it rare to medium, we dug in. We flipped it on the black iron, as we had seen done in another restaurant and that cooked it a little more thoroughly. Delicious flavor, though the cut included some chewy bits. We finished with no room for dessert. The meal was not cheap, but then, one must pay for what one gets. Of course there was a charge for the bread, but what's €1 when you are being served real bread not detergent-fluffed Wonder Bread?"
