"definitely the best restaurant I've ever had. on our arrival we were offered a glass of sparkling wine, even before the menu was brought. I found a detail of great weight. as a starter we took rice tortini with burrata, and it is the first time I eat a rice with such a perfect cooking. Then we ordered some cheese and pepper tonnarellis and some strozzapreti with zucchini, crispy ham and burrata. paradisiaci. nothing to object, excellent cooking, indescribable flavor not to mention the burrata. both the fillet and the cut (served on boiling lava stone) were a butter. clean cut and hold. for dessert a semi-freddo to pistachio and a 'tagliere' with chocolate, orange and rum zacapa xo. In short, nothing to be corrected, the courtesy of the staff is exemplary and the competence of the kitchen is more evident. absolutely (maybe upon reservation since they are almost always full on weekends) in love."
