"Had a lovely lunch with my friend in the garden at the Halfway House today, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our lunch we liked that the burgers are served in a fresh crusty bun (rather than the burger buns pubs usually have) and the chips are the best I've had in a long time they were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, I dont usually have a dessert, but after such a nice meal and the staff telling us that the chef's speciality is chocolate brownie I had to try it and glad I did it was fantastic!!"
