"We had reserved December 12 online for December 18 at 6:30 p.m. for 4 people for my son 's birthday, reservations which had been confirmed to us by email and called back 2 hours before. We arrived a little before the reservation time, the restaurant was closed, there was a light in the kitchen but everything was dark, in the room, we said to ourselves "we 're early, we 're going to wait a little until it 's opening time, nothing, we 're still waiting, we still call nothing, we get the answering machine, the voicemail is full, so we waited in front of the restaurant for 30 minutes, calling the restaurant several more times at phone no one answers impossible to leave a message, thanks to saturated messaging. we decide to leave, and we are lucky to be refused from 2 other restaurants nearby because we had no reservation, we ended up at McDonald 's for our son 's birthday, I don 't thank you and you are not going to see us again and we are not going to give you good publicity. the least polite thing would be to inform customers that the restaurants were closed at less on the door."
