"Kleine Kritik gleich zu Beginn: es wäre aus meiner Sicht empfehlenswert, auf dem Parkplatz der Schönherrfabrik ein Schild anzubringen, wo sich das Restaurant befindet. Natürlich kann man das auch auf den Tafeln mit dem Lageplan des Objekts herausfinden, die sich an jedem Gebäude des Areals befinden...aber mein Vorschlag ist eleganter Der Anlass des Besuchs war die Einnahme eines Abendessens. Wir, meine Frau und ich, haben uns für das Menü Sommeranfang entschieden. Bestehend aus Weißem Heilbutt, Rehbockrücken bzw,. Rosa Kalbsfilet mit Limone und die Kreation von heimischen Erdbeeren mit Fichtensprossensorbet. Wir waren mit den Speisen sehr zufrieden. Mein Rehbock war auf den Punkt gegart und auch das Kalbsfilet war tatsächlich rosa. In den Gerichten fanden sich unterschiedliche Texturen wieder und besonders die Tellersprache fand ich sehr gelungen. Das Geschirr, inklusive der Espressotassen, war ordentlich vorgewärmt. Stoffservietten haben den guten Gesamteindruck abgerundet. Der Hit ist die große Glasscheibe, durch die man den Köchen bei der Arbeit zuschauen kann. Kritikpunkte: Der Tisch in Außenbereich hat stark gekippelt. Bei dem gepflasterten Boden sollte trotzdem ein wackelfreier Stand des Tisches machbar sein. Das Restaurant war bei unserem Besuch bei weitem nicht ausgelastet. Dennoch war das Servicepersonal gestresst-aber freundlich. Die Wartezeit zwischen Hauptgang und Dessert war zu lange. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung in Chemnitz !"
