"This restaurant was recommended to us by a business friend, but with the hint that the kitchen was not always i.o.. For a birthday we had, among others, Soljanka, Roulade, Gulasch, Wildschweinsülze, Caesar Salatund a vegan food: The Soljanka was a co-cooked Brei (not as I knew it, but tastefully i.O... The Roulade was a bit salty and tastefully a little flat. The goulash was more of a crushed liquid porridge and was more of a goulash sauce (meat pieces had to be looked for. The vegan dining was very nicely dressed and well prepared, but probably too little for a vegan to get fed. Caesar Salat: Unfortunately, it was necessary to return the food completely because the fried chicken breast was spoiled (had already dark to black spots in the meat, but also tastefully spoiled! after that I had passed the appetite! Since we go to and around Chemnitz frequently for business, we have a good comparison with local gastronomy and can only make a comment as a total result: T R A U R I G . (Here there is so much potential and is not used to pay extra for change requests for 1 EUR, I feel as petty/peinish (as in the Pommesbude ... with the exception of the service, which was very friendly, tried and accommodating and very unpleasant for it was and the whole and was very unpleasant for it was. Perhaps the owner of this gastronomy could consider this assessment as a challenge, sometimes changing something in the kitchen as a business owner would hurt me in the soul! By the way: The black (grey stained stone flooring makes a very dirty and unpleasant impression and urgently requires a revision/flege. (You have the feeling that you put yourself in the dirt"
