"We just visited for Sunday lunch, sat outside and had wonderful food, wines and desserts served by attentive and friendly staff. More or less a family affair with Rob as maitre d. The steak, salmon and lamb were all quality and well sourced, the desserts generous and very good. Only suggestion is a shared platter of cheese rather than the rather small individual plates. We enjoyed the idyllic country setting and the fact that we could sit and chat with no pressure to leave. It's a winner. We'll be back for sure."
