"In a word: delicious! Brasserie located ideally opposite the magnificent castle of St Germain, full center. Nice welcome, friendly and professional staff. Balanced map with high-end brewery cuisine. Fresh, well-worked, cooked and valued meat or fish. A generous veal dish cooked just to the point, slightly pink, accompanied by a comforting purée, tataki of tuna just beautiful served on a bed of crunchy and hot vegetables. And Norwegian omelet light and unsweet, superb. All this accompanied by a chardonnais mineral and despite all subtle fruity, served in its ice bucket. Extremely correct rates with respect to generous plates served. Bravo!"
