"we have held a birthday party for 23 people in this restaurant. the food came at once and they were even for a late comic. eating was beautiful, portions were plentiful with much detail to presentation! the staff was very friendly and attentive. nothing was too much trouble. the children had their own sitting area that gave the adult time to relax and enjoy their meal."

"18 of Killicomaine Jubilee Club went here for our Christmas Lunch. The room was freezing a member of staff did bring a tiny fan heater out). No Christmas decorations on the tables, not even a cracker or Christmas napkins. No background music. The turkey parcels were only half ones, one cocktail sausage, one roast potato and mashed potatoes Roast beef dinner consisted of 2 wafer thin slices and same as above without the cocktail sausage. Plenty of vegetables. The dessert wasn't the greatest either. Our end of year meal and venue was so disappointing. One of the members described it as soulless and that's what it was at a cost of £19.95 each. Not a bit of wonder we were the only one's there"

"Lovely atmosphere but my sandwich bread was dry …also my Sister-in-Laws’… The filling was lovely but the bread was DRY …on highlighting this …I was told the bread was fresh everyday ….it may well be but it won’t stay fresh if left out in the kitchen ….disappointing ….not even a complimentary coffee…. . I left the bread on my plate for them to see !!! No excuse it was DRY !!!…No customer service …. My first visit my last …Happy to take my payment in FULL ! Only live 100 yards away … could have been my local coffee shop as I work from home….£6.75 is dear enough for dry bread ….they only had to touch it to discern that !! Most likely the bread had been frozen (in my opinion)"

"I recently stopped by eastern river to perform for a beef curry fried rice. it was beautiful! it was already over a year without a reason since I was able to eat here last. since I was back three times and have chilli king prawns, curries and blackbeen green pfeffer dishes are beautiful! stephen jenny, her personal is great! go!"

"We often gather at this restaurant for Business Breakfast meetings. The food is excellent, the staff are all well-trained and polite. I have been coming here for the past eighteen months and have never been disappointed. They will even serve your beans in a ramekin if requested. Excellent service."

"Great mochas, nice lounge with two sofas. Also, check out the fluffy French toast and dry cure bacon...topped with maple syrup and a dusting of icing sugar. Pics and artwork of movie and pop culture icons. Staff could not be paid enough, small but lovely. The establishment that is, not the staff lol. Support your local independent cafés"
