"I can honestly say that my wife and I enjoy eating more than most. it was a hard year for everyone, and moon restaurant was a wonderful breath of fresh air, after a time of limited finer restaurants. we chose the touching menu of the chef, with a few extras, and it was absolutely the right decision. each court was carefully thought through, but not overblown. the chef has a clear vision for the tasting menu, and we were pleasantly surprised by the taste speed of the meal. we left the restaurant perfectly satisfied. I can't guarantee that the menu will be the same when they feed in the moon restaurant, but I can say that I trust the chef to deliver an stellar culinary experience. often eating is the only highlight mentioned in restaurant reviews. but this time I have to direct attention to the service. Eating can be delicious, but without proper service, it can be all really bad going... really fast. what can I say about the service? our servant is called jesper. I don't know if the moon restaurant trains all its employees on the same way, but I can say that jesper was efficient, knowledgeable, charming and actually very helpful. when they go to the moon restaurant. for jesper. the kerl is great in his work and he is definitiw to go in the culinary world! I only know that the moon restaurant is worth the ferry ride, the walk over the canal and finally the long elevator ride. Make sure to enjoy this amazing view of the city and of course these epic Instagram photo-ops...but, (please ask her), don't go so far with this silver that they forget to enjoy the perfect service and incredible eating. !5 stars!"
