"Situated right next to the monumental tree La Carrasca (Holm oak), this restaurant of the same name serves excellent food and local wine from Les Useres. We chose to eat inside and were able to bring our (calm and small) dogs into the bar area (it was a quiet lunchtime) where we were splendidly looked after and brought fabulously good, home cooked food. In particular, the local hazelnuts (avellanas) were perfect in the warm goats cheese salad and the almond and carob tree (algarrobo) desert was the perfect way to enjoy these local ingredients."
