"Went there for the first time today with 4 people. We were amazed at how gigantic it was or is there... Starting with heated benches, we've never experienced anything so great, especially now in winter .. Then the incredibly good food from pasta to pizza to tartufo, we tried everything and... We almost fainted from the taste explosions, no joke .. Never experienced such a real Italian, plus the mega lovely and courteous landlady with her lovely son as a waiter, it was a fantastic experience for the whole family, really true . "without any doubt, one of the best restaurants I had eaten in the personal was very professional while I was friendly and welcoming. the service was super and the food was fantastic, nicely cooked and very well presented. the restaurant itself has traditional cozy decor...and has a very relaxed atmosphere. the menu is very diverse, consisting of a series of beautiful hearty traditional German tariff all perfectly cooked and presented. there are also a series of fabulous deserts, but unfortunately we were just too crowded! the prices offer enormous price-performance ratio and I cannot recommend this place enough. Do not miss it!"

"what a surprise in the black forest! we thought we would not carve and season away, but found this restaurant and had soou luck, lamb, thunfish, light salat with searettich, risotto with fish and great desserts to taste. the prices are reasonable and the courts simply excellent! every dish is simply perfectly planned and thought out. also the traditional black forests cirschtorte was nice and original served. not a long time here! we were with children and they also had a menu for them and they were thrilled! the service is caring and fast. all so polite and full of rats! not to miss in donaueschingen!"

"updated and more detailed review:With a group of people we passed a Saturday evening. We were very happy to hear that we had heard good so far. the food was given mainly out of house for online or phone orders our ordered dishes only came after about hours. as guests in a restaurant does not make a good impression when only eating is given out of the house and the guests look at the packed bags, which gradually come out of the kitchen and you yourself are left. the service was so nice and has offered us small winches for the bridging of the waiting period, which have also taken too long. these were then also put into account for a proud price of. only in confrontation with the owner was taken back.The burgers in themselves were tasty, but mostly lukewarm warm. the served burgers unfortunately did not all agree with the actual order. "I find that eating here very tasty, there is everything you want in an american diner. the prices are absolutely okay and the service staff are friendly and attentive. I find it a pity that there are only very few seats in the non-smoking area (4 tables with 4 seats each) and some stools on the bar. Seats with more than 4 people are therefore only possible in the smoking area. Pity!"

"we have been more often in the hexenweiher, because we find the atmosphere there very successful and eating over the average. again the steaks were sensational, even the pizza with fresh supplements very good. abg during the overall evaluation this time was due to the service (error, low attention and long waiting times). perhaps this was simply due to the fully occupied local. also the price-performance ratio leads to a decrease: the supplemental salad corresponds to unhigher expectations and the appetizers are also to be assessed economically critical. we will come back next year in the hope in calmer times the quality will increase again."

"Eine enttäuschende Erfahrung im Ristorante Il Peperoncino in Donauschingen. Mein Besuch im Ristorante Il Peperoncino in Donauschingen war leider äußerst enttäuschend. Es gab mehrere negative Aspekte, die meine Erfahrung negativ beeinflusst haben. Ich hatte mich dazu entschlossen, die gegrillten Scampi zu bestellen, aber sie waren offensichtlich tiefgefroren und nicht gut gekocht. Die Konsistenz war unbefriedigend und der Geschmack ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es ist wirklich bedauerlich, dass ein italienisches Restaurant keine frischen und hochwertigen Zutaten für seine Gerichte verwenden kann.Ein positiver Punkt war jedoch der ausgezeichnete spanische Kellner, der uns bedient hat. Obwohl er nur wenig Deutsch sprach, war er sehr hilfsbereit und bemühte sich, uns gute Ratschläge zu geben und unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Leider kann ich dasselbe nicht über den türkischen Kellner sagen, der stets mit einem gestressten und ärgerlichen Gesichtsausdruck herumlief. Sein aggressives Verhalten und der offensichtliche Stress haben die Atmosphäre beeinträchtigt, und er hat sogar vergessen, was ich zum Trinken bestellt hatte. Zusätzlich war das Preisniveau im Vergleich zum Angebot zu hoch. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war unangemessen und hat mich unzufrieden zurückgelassen. Ein weiterer negativer Aspekt war das Durcheinander im Restaurant. Die Tische standen zu eng beieinander, was die Atmosphäre ungemütlich machte und die Privatsphäre einschränkte. Basierend auf meiner Erfahrung im Ristorante Il Peperoncino in Donauschingen kann ich es nicht empfehlen. Die tiefgefrorenen und schlecht gekochten Scampi, das gestresste und aggressive Verhalten des türkischen Kellners, die überhöhten Preise und die verwirrende Atmosphäre mit zu eng stehenden Tischen haben zu einer insgesamt enttäuschenden Erfahrung geführt. Es wäre ratsam, andere Optionen in der Gegend zu erkunden, um eine authentische und angenehme italienische kulinarische Erfahrung zu finden."

"leider sehr schlechter Service. Auf Nachfragen, wo die Getränke auf der Karte stehen, gab es nur die Antwort, Wir haben halt das übliche wie überall. Es hätte aber eigentlich ne Karte gegeben, auf der Getränke stehen… Essen dauerte weit über eine Stunde, und das Restaurant war mit 5 Tischen eher ruhig besucht. Essen war relativ ok. Ein kleiner grüner Salat für 7 Euro ist arg viel. Mit großem Hunger wird man nicht unbedingt satt. Daher nur 3 Sterne… sehr schade"

"Einfach katastrophal !!! Sehr schlechter Service und als Gast wurde man beim bezahlen kritisiert und beschuldigt ! Verhalten und Manieren ein No go in diesem Laden ! Als wir angekommen sind, wurden wir überhaupt nicht beachtet. Als wir endlich nach 20 Minuten die Karte erhalten haben und bestellen wollten, wurden immer andere bedient. Wir wollten eigentlich gehen aber wir dachten eine letzte Chance geben wir nochmals und haben einfach den Platz gewechselt. Auch dort hat sich keiner um uns gekümmert obwohl nebenher der Tisch auf unserer Seite vorbereitet wurde. Als ich etwas gesagt habe das wir bestellen möchten, bekam ich als Antwort das sie gleich kommt. Endlich konnten wir bestellen. Wieder mussten wir 20 Minuten auf Getränke warten. Das schlimmste war als ich kurz erwähnt habe wegen den Getränken, wurde sie sauer. Ich kann kein italienisch aber mein Kollege war Italiener. Er meinte es wird über uns geredet. Ein No Go über den Gast zu reden. Als das Essen kam, wurde mir bewusst das die auf uns keine Lust hatten. Die Suppe eiskalt und wir wollten Brot aber nichts bekommen. Das härteste was alles übertroffen hat war, dass wir große Portionen bestellt hatten aber jedoch die kleine erhalten haben aber wir abgezockt worden sind und die große bezahlen mussten. Man hat’s gemerkt die wollten das wir gehen…. Als ich die Rechnung haben wollte, hat sie gefragt ob alles in Ordnung war. Der Schock sitzt immer noch und kann es nicht fassen. Als ich Feedback geben wollte das der Service nicht gut war aber das Essen sehr lecker ist, weil die wirklich super gut kochen können, wurde ich angeschrien und sie meinte ich bin selbst schuld wenn ich sie stresse. Egal welchen Feedback man abgibt, kein Gast darf so behandelt werden. Ich bin auch in der Gastronomie und so etwas ist echt schlimm…. Keine Manieren und katastrophal. Wenn man keine Ahnung von seinem Beruf hat oder Kritik nicht einstecken kann, dann sollte man den Beruf wechseln. Weitere negative Kommentare habe ich gelesen und auch andere haben das selbe erlebt also kann es ja nicht gelogen sein."
