"War vor einigen Tagen mit meinem Freund zum Abendessen hier. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Er bekam einen Backhendl Salat. Der Salat war okay, das Fleisch aber war extrem zäh, gelblich, trocken und vom Geschmack her einfach nicht frisch. Entweder war es zu lange tiefgefroren oder zwei mal in der Fritteuse. Ich habe es ebenfalls probiert und es war ungenießbar. Wir sprachen den Besitzer darauf an. Er wollte in der Küche nachfragen. Seine Antwort war, dass sie das Fleisch jeden Tag frisch einkaufen und dass alles in Ordnung sei. Wir wollten ihn darauf aufmerksam machen, dass er zumindest mal versuchen soll, das Fleisch durchzuschneiden, damit er merkt wie zäh es wirklich ist. Keine Reaktion. Daraufhin habe wir weder eine Entschädigung in Form eines Kaffees, noch eine Reduzierung des Preises erhalten. Dieser Besuch war wirklich sehr enttäuschend und solch ein Verhalten gerade in der Gastronomie fehl am Platz. Somit das schlechteste Restaurant in Hohenems. Wir kommen nicht mehr."
