"eating is on top of one or the other place they realize that the ash is a chain. e.g. when the potato puree is prefabricated in the micro. the service forces are sometimes somewhat unhappy that they would not expect in this price segment. empty glasses stand up to the payment on the table, but the waiter and waiter wrap a huge pensum of some of them so they are deceived. we had a reservation on Saturday at 20:00. that seems to be an unfavourable time for the restaurant visit. obviously we had to stand well 20 minutes outside in a snake in the cold and had to wait in the local bar for just about 5 minutes. we were sitting around approx. 20:30. after all there were two glasses prosecco waiting for the house. Nevertheless: this locally creates a super atmosphere, the bar is great and eating very delicious. on some set screws could still be turned, especially if they want to pick up on these trips like the grill royal, or similar. if the ash would look less like a chain, the evaluation would be even better."

"this restaurant is located in a residential area. the inner is not really great and it is sometimes full of people who only come to pick up something. not the place for a romantic dinner, but only for a good meal. the personal is friendly even if it is very full. both the pizzas and pasta taste authentic Italian and are well prepared and delicious in taste. if it means that the court has a bit of a word, then it has. the lasagne was a bit disappointing (despite Maggi taste a little fad and needing to get used to raw ham) but otherwise everything was delicious. the salads are also fresh and with a beautiful dressing that is absolutely not intrusive. recommended also for picking up (at regulars if not much is possible also delivery)."

"my friend I like to order there if we don't have a lust to cook again. before place we have never been to eat, so I can't say anything to the ambiente. the price-performance ratio is great, of course you could always eat 2 days of it. riesen portions to reasonable praises. the delivery time is usually a little longer, so between 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. this is the small but fine trigger, which makes 5 points 4. but otherwise highly recommended."

I understand the situation of the waiters, but serving the clients with a disgusted (personal impression of the entire group) look is simply not possible. "Am Samstag spielten spielten die gelb schwarzen Dortmunder Kicker im Wuppertaler Stadion am Zoo und meinen Begleiter und mich zog an diesem Tag an den Phönix- See in Dortmund. Es handelt sich dabei um einen vor wenigen Jahren auf dem Gelände der ehemaligen Hermannhütte entstandenen, künstlichen See von etwas 1,2 km Länge. Ein Spaziergang ist sehr zu empfehlen. Am Westufer ist inzwischen eine moderne Bebauung mit Hafen und Promenade entstanden. Weiter wird aber fleißig gebaut. Dort findet sich das Pfefferkorn Steakhouse. Das Lokal innen eine Mischung aus modernen Elementen und etwas Plüsch. Es machte auf mich einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Wir nahmen auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den See bzw. Hörder Burg unter Sonnenschirmen Platz, denn die Sonne meinte es recht gut mit uns. Einfach nur schön. Die Tische dort allerdings extrem klein und zum Nachbarn beengt gestellt. Also möglichst viele Gäste unterbringen. Auf die Tischchen passen nur mit Mühe Getränk, Teller und Salatteller. Besteck in einer Serviette auf einem Teller stehend. Siehe Foto. Kaum saßen wir, wurden wir von der männlichen Bedienung mit italienischem Akzent mit den Worten Guuten Tak, was Trinken, was Essen ! angeblafft. Meine Begleitung bat um etwas Zeit und dann ließ sich die Bedienung erstmal nicht mehr blicken. Dann nahm er die Getränkebestellung auf und reichte uns ohne eine Miene zu verziehen die Speisekarte. Wortlos wurde die Speisenbestellung aufgenommen und genauso wortlos wurde das Essen serviert. Kein Bitte und kein Danke Nun zum Essen. Die Speisekarte ansprechend, aber die Preise für Steaks utopisch hoch. Wir entschieden uns beide für Teufelsschnitzel mit Sauce, Sauce Bernaise, Pommes und Salatbeilagezu 12.90 Euro , dazu Saftschorle zu 5 Euro . Das Schnitzel recht übersichtlich. Man forme aus den Mittelfingern und Daumen beider Hände einen Kreis, dann ist es in etwa die Größe. Auf mich wirkte es, als wäre es schon vor längerer Zeit in der Pfanne gewesen und in der Mikrowelle erwärmt worden. Qualität gut, aber auch nicht mehr. Die Sauce Bernaise schmeckte wie aus dem Tetra Pack und war in der Menge nicht sehr viel. Tomatensauce mit Paprikstückchen war von der Menge auch sehr knapp bemessen. Geschmacklich hatten wir uns auf Schärfe eingestellt, aber die Sauce war wässerig fade. Dann darin je 1 8 Paprika in rot und gelb in Stücken. Pommes waren Westernkartoffeln. Also Kartoffeln in der Schale geachtelt und gewürzt. Nicht schlecht, aber keine Pommes. Menge für 2 Personen sehr knapp bemessen. Als Salat verschiedene grüne Blattsalate mit Gurke und Tomate. Das Dressing sehr gut abgeschmeckt und eigentlich das Beste vom Gericht. Saftschorle nicht verwässert aber schlug mit 5 Euro heftig zu Buche. Preis Leistung in meinen Augen nicht optimal für ein gehobens Lokal , was es darstellen will. Nun noch abschließend etwas zur Terrasse. Sie ist extrem unfallgefährdet. Die Beschwerungsplatten der riesigen Marktschirme sind in der gleichen Farbe wie der Untergrund und heben sich optisch nicht von ihm ab. Keine Markierung in Warnfarben, wie ich sie aus anderen Lokalen gewohnt bin .Auf dem Rückweg von der Toilette übersah den Fuß eines solchen Schirms und fiel darüber auf den Boden. Hand blutete, Lippe durch Zähne geschwollen und Brille kaputt. Eine gefühlte Ewigkeit lag ich da und sortierte meine nicht mehr jungen Knochen. Mein Begleiter , dem ich nun zu Füßen lag, war natürlich zur Stelle. Aber seitens des Personals haperte es. Eine weibliche Bedienung fragte naiv Sind sie gefallen ? und ging weiter. Nee , ich küsse nur zum Spaß den Boden war meine ruppige Antwort. Erst als ich aufgestanden war, kam der Geschäftsführer. Ich musste erst um Pflaster für die Hand und Eiswürfel für den Mund bitten. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung, als ich auf die nicht gekennzeichneten Platten hinwies. Nun zu den Sternen: Gesamteindruck vier Sterne und Sauberkeit volle Sternezahl. Auch für das Ambiente am neuen See fünf Sterne. Den Unfall lasse ich außen vor. Geht die Geschäftsführung an. Essen mit viel gutem Willen 2 Sterne, denn eigentlich hatten wir geschmacklich mehr erwartet. Da ist noch viel, viel Luft nach oben. Dadurch auch nur bei Preis Leistung 2 Sterne. Für den Service gebe ich einen Punkt. Mehr ist da leider nicht drin. "

"I visited this restaurant this month and I have been visiting this restaurant since last years. My earlier experiences were very good, food was excellent and service was also decent but this time I experienced the worst of service , as the entire restaurant...being serviced by one person who could not manage properly. Even during the weekend there was an additional person but both still could not manage. The food quality over the years has gone down, I would say if earlier it was , today it is I asked for ice and they said it is finished and I heard the other person telling his colleague , go and tell it it is finished even though they had it. I asked for roasted papad and again his colleague told the same. I agree the restaurant was packed but if they are unable to give good service , they should limit the tables and make a waiting rather than filling all the tables and every one waiting for minutes to place their order , minutes to get the food and then another minutes to pay the bill. Not happy and hope they can improve. Hope the owner can see this post to do something."

"Delicious burgers, but unfortunately the side dishes and ambience are disappointing. We were there during the week and when we entered the store we noticed two things: 1. the employee who suddenly ran away, and 2. the bar with the many spirits, which made you wonder if you were in one Pub or burger joint ended up. In general the ambience was not what we expected. The website and the outside facade look like a modern, hip burger shop and from the inside it was more of a classic, somewhat outdated Dortmund snack bar. But ultimately it's the burger that counts. When we sat down we were quickly served in a friendly manner and ordered burgers with fries. They also arrived quickly and hot. Unfortunately, there were no napkins or cutlery at any of the tables, even though we were the only ones in the store. But when asked, the napkins were available. In general the service was not particularly attentive. The burger was absolutely convincing! The fresh bun and the juicy patty particularly stood out. The quality and size were really top. A small downside were the jalapeños, which tasted strongly of glassware. The biggest disappointment was the fries. They were reminiscent of cheap frozen supermarket products, and unfortunately even the chip salt couldn't save that. Conclusion: The burger is definitely a highlight and has real potential to make the shop an asset to the Dortmund burger scene. If the fries are upgraded and the interior design is more thoughtfully designed, the overall experience could be as satisfying as the burger itself."

"After meeting with a friend we wanted to eat together on Saturday night on weekends, he reserved a table at the Filia restaurant by phone. We met near the restaurant and when we ran there, I was very amazed because I knew this building where a Viennese forest restaurant was previously housed and later was the wood carnival in Dortmund. Through the windows we could see that the place was visited very well and some people stayed in front of the building. We went in and were very friendly and then accompanied on the reserved table. That was on the back of the place. I liked the whole facility I could see. An employee came quickly and asked for our drinks, from the menu we chose our dishes and were able to place the order directly as the drinks were served. Our order was brought to the table very quickly and, as you can see on the photos, was also very beautiful and appealing. It has all tasted excellent and the service was very attentive and has now asked if everything is too satisfied. Funny we found the presentation from the Ouzo to the house, which was placed on the table in a small iron bottle with two pins. The price-performance ratio is particularly remarkable here, I know other Greek restaurants where it is not so good and expensive. My meal Souvlaki with surcharge costs 13.90€, the Metaxasauce €2,50. We look forward to a return here. Parking is possible against the parking lot or the surrounding side streets. These are partly payable. There is also a garage nearby. The restaurant is also easily accessible by public transport."

"Das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Lieferung zuverlässig und schnell. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Verpackungen sind nur zum Teil umweltfreundlich. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass man auswählen kann, ob man gerne Essstäbchen und Sojasauce hätte (zumal alles nochmal einzeln verpackt ist). Und für plastikfreie Verpackungen (ohne Sichtfenster) würde ich sogar einen kleinen Aufpreis zahlen."

"On the way to the Westfalenhalle in Dortmund we wanted to eat something before the concert. There's a pretty good taste of foot traffic. And the offer has something for everyone who wants to sprinkle good bourgeois cuisine. The menu is seasoned with some Ruhrpottflair. A bit of dialect in the heading for classification. The dishes themselves are often typical Ruhrpott, as far as I can judge. Probably a bit exaggerated for the Touris, such as Ruhrpott Carpaccio 2.0. A load of 2 sausages (curry or hunter sausage or each one piece) with a gross weight of 240 g, with fries and supplement salad. Malocher pan (black fillet wrapped with bacon). Potthucke is also what we try as an appetizer in the Westphalian duet. The duet consists of the potthucke (fried potato cake with mettwurst) and a pane of panhas. Some kind of bloodworm. With herbal cucumber and salad dressing. Even I, who can't start anything with bloodworst, also took a fork. It's good quality. The Quark too is an unusual idea. Schnitzel in several variants are of course absolutely part of this. We choose the black-yellow carving here. Not because I wanted to eat something about BVB, but because it's rough mustard, baked with onions and Hollandaise. Of course fries and salad. And a chili cheese carving, also with Hollandaise and Jalapenos baked both for 18.90 euros each. The scavenger with mustard meets expectations, has what and is something new. Kassias cattle routines are also ordered. 2 chocolates with bacon, onion, mustard, cucumber. Potatoes and homemade apple cabbage. The woman has tasted these roulettes absolutely well that she told the waiter: the best I've ever eaten! The waiter himself was surprised and replied only to show one-silbig without joy. In between we can still enjoy the Xmas farewell package: a crown of winter beer and a Christmas liqueur for 5.50 euros package price. As good as the voice became oiled and fed, so it continued towards Westfalenhalle."

"Where can I start? This was my first visit to this restaurant with my girlfriend. It's one of her favourite places to eat so she wanted to show me it. The minute we got in nobody greeted us or gave us a table or even...a menu. We sat at the table for good 15 minutes. The music was so loud that we couldn't communicate. It's not usually something we are complaining about. But the couple next to us said the same. We complained 3 times without anything happening, nobody cleaning our table or giving us menu/ help. In the end we got so irritated that we choose to leave. We told the manager that we had asked them nicely with the music, no help or menu aswell. She simply didn't cared if we stayed or left. So we choose to leave. Disappointed and actually upset. We stood without any food or a place to spend our date night. Luckly Vapiano down the street took us in with open arms and good food."
