"Restaurant sicilien familial et authentique. Les plats sont savoureux et les portions généreuses. Le personnel y est très poli et serviable, bien qu’assez peu souriant. Cela a tendance à aseptiser l’ambiance et la convivialité. La déco est certes vieillissante mais on se régale. Le lieu est devenu avec le temps une réelle institution pour ses spécialités de pâtes fraîches. La carte inchangée depuis des années est appréciée des Douaisiens. Il n’est pas rare que ce petit établissement fasse salle comble, la réservation y est donc fortement conseillée."

"The Bistrot of the Tiger is a superb establishment, where the specialties of the region are in honor (maroilles, welsh, carbonade... We enjoyed the entrances and dishes, served in generous quantity, as well as the reception of the manager and the two waitress present tonight. Beers are very affordable. The value for money is perfect (the meat is excellent! Special mention to the kindness of the manager who wants to make hospitality and customer service a priority. We'll be back with pleasure!"

"Thank you for this incredible evening and moment of sharing . There were 4 of us girls, I was the only one who had already come and my friends were also won over. Great restaurant! A more than warm welcome, atypical and magnificent decor, super beautiful tableware. Very good and hearty dish, a mixture of flavors and tasty foods with perfect cooking. "Having already come to this place and been satisfied, I came back with my son. Nice atmosphere in the back restaurant outside, very friendly waitress. We both took a discovery plate (skin of leather, Flemish carbonnade, polschevech and fries) We both found that the fries had a strange taste, hard to identify... As if they had a taste of barbecue but like the smell of smoke. In short it took the taste of the rest.. We reported it and the waitress offered us compensation for a tea. Thanks for the gesture but for me there was a concern and we were two with the same weird taste at the level of fries. To complete the benefits were still frozen inside. Over for me."

"Nous sommes allés pour la fête des mères dans ce restau pour la première fois. Menu spécial à 32 euros. Très cher pour la qualité et la quantité servis. Je dirais que ce menu devrait tourner à 20 euros. C'est un bon menu de brasserie mais rien à voir avec un menu de restaurant et encore moins à 32 euros. Mon père ma mère mon epouse moi ma sœur mon beau frère et mes enfants ni retourneront pas et je vois conseille d'aller ailleurs. Il y a beaucoup mieux à douai et pour beaucoup moins cher. Sinon l'accueil est très bien, la déco est correcte. Par contre l'autre gros point negatif est la carte des vins, peu de choix et un mauvais choix. Avec une carte des vins pareil, on ne propose pas de menu à 32 euros et on ne peut pas prétendre à s'appeler restaurant. Bref brasserie oui restaurant non."

"Plaisir d'y aller régulièrement. Le personnel ainsi que la patronne et son mari, cuisinier sont très sympa ! De l'attente hier car le resto , comme la terrasse étaient plein de monde. "we stumbled randomly on this restaurant and sat on the terrace because the weather was good, there were some people eating pizza that looked good. the waitress was really unfriendly. we asked if we could eat, she told us to go and ask. he said we could eat, so we sat on the terrace. the table was dirty, and another waitress poured out the dirty soapsuds from cleaning in the dachrinne in the middle of the terrace, so that everything smells as shallow. we asked for a cup of wine in the house. that is, without exaggerating, the worst wein I've ever drunk. I don't think it was just table wine or something, it's hardly resemb ied wein at all, and it seemed like it was diluted with water. I do not know how to do this, but is an absolute scandal for France and Italy, two countries with a long wine tradition. the food was edible (I ate a tagliatelle bolognaise, my friend aubergine speciality court from the house, but far away from living to the expectations (the window says cuisine italienne gastronomique', not worth it price and the portions were much too small (more or less the half of what they would expect for a normal pasta my restaurant on avoid!"

"L'unique intérêt du lieu est sa proximité immédiate avec le cinéma, pour le reste : fuyez !La salle est froide, très défraichie, à la limite du glauque à la nuit tombée... Une odeur de chien mouillé envahissait tout le "resto" ce soir-là... Un ménage sommaire venait d'être fait, empêchant l'utilisation de la moitié de la salle...Évidemment, en venant dans un Subway on ne s'attend pas à tomber sur UN gastro, mais de là à repartir avec UNE gastro... Les offres et les menus proposés sont à la limite du compréhensible mais le pire reste la nourriture. Les sandwichs ne sont pas appétissants et juste mangeables (viande surgelée douteuse, pain mal cuit...). Le grand moment reste cependant le dessert : au choix, un activia (sans doute pour prévenir la gastro susnommée) ou un truc indéterminé appelé ici "cookie"... Je pense que le personnel (au demeurant plutôt sympathique heureusement) avait tout simplement oublié de le cuire!!! 15 euros à 2 pour "tout" ça, on n'est pas loin de l'escroquerie culinaire...Bref, mieux vaut se contenter du pop corn durant la séance de cinéma pour se caler l'estomac..."
