"In order to enjoy a wonderful evening in Alsace and discover its so called Tartes Flambées during a woderful evening in December a little stop at the Schaefferhof may allow you to connect with Alsatian traditions. Located about 20min drive outside of the City Center of Strasbourg the Schaefferhof allows you to visit a traditionnal Alsatian House in a village and taste a wonderful Muscat égrappé and delicious set of traditional Flammenkueche. Always delighted to celebrate with a Cremant Chardonnay for the bubbles and fantastic friends a marvellous evening close to home.
