"We were on 18.08.2011 noon from approx. 12.05 am with three persons in the beer garden. Around approx. 12.15 we gave up our drinks and food order 1x pasta dish, 2x pizza, 1x small salad. Since the weather was fantastic, the beer garden gradually filled with lots of people. After some time we noticed that many of the people and groups who came after us received their food relatively quickly. At about 12.45 we asked the service if it had forgotten our food, because many of us have already received their food. The answer: they all preordered because only a short lunch break, so they already have their food! The whole thing went so far, everyone got their food, only we don't! Finally around 13.10 ! the first dishes came the noodles and the salad! About 2 minutes later the first pizza came. 5 minutes again! later the second pizza came. On my remark to the service that the food is not spent at the same time and also an hour waiting time is not exactly optimal, I only reaped a sloppy grin! Conclusion: Never again Lindenwirt. Even if the food was good, the service must not be called. What happened to us: The services went back empty after they brought food or drinks at tables. Empty glasses remained in principle, no one came up with the idea to clean up by the way. We also reordered drinks and got them also at least some of the empty glasses remained but standing! When new guests come, they sit very long at tables that are still full. Organization looks different! Even if others have pre-ordered this is not an excuse for a beaten hour waiting for our food!"
